GosuGamers are pleased to announce that we will host a 2on2 league consisting of four groups with four teams in each. 14 of the teams will be invited specially by us, but there will also be a qualification tournament where the two teams playing the final will be invited as well.

2on2 events are not very common in our community. Usually the team game projects are in the shadows of the many 1on1 tournaments, leagues and so on. On GosuGamers we have decided to run a league with invited 2on2 teams. Everything will be closely reported about by us, and we will provide you with replays and a fresh coverage. Teams like iD.skaffi + iD.smarttoss, Testie[pG] + Mondragon[pG] and many more are already confirmed their participation. All teams confirmed so far can be seen in the table below:

GosuGamers 2on2 Beta Battle ("GG22BB")

GG22BB will be a bit of a league and a bit of a tournament. First the 16 teams are divided into 4 groups where a league with group matches is played. The two teams placing highest in each group goes on to the final tournament of 8 where only one team can be crowned GG22BB champions.

Two teams will qualify from tournament

14 of 16 teams are specially invited and there will be a qualification tournament where te two teams playing in the final will be invited to the league too. The tournament will be open for registrations for one week from now, so you have until next Friday. Registrations will be done by sending a Private message to either me or GioM.

The message should be looking like this:

Player 1 being replaced by your name and Player 2 being replaced by your ally's name. Extremly simple.

Make sure only one of you register, since it will be very confusing for us otherwise. When the registration is done you will recieve a PM back, telling you how to proceed to get into the qualification tournament.


The tournament will start on Sunday 31st of July at 17:00 CET, and the league itself will start on the Saturday after that (August 6th). We are eagerly waiting for you to sign up.
