YgClan website is temporarily down and not permanently. They are working hard to recover lost data and will be up sometime soon.
A few weeks back one of the most important Starcraft websites went down and there was little to no reaction from the west. Many however did notice and they all were filled with the same sinking feeling of defeat that here most of us at gg.net felt. If
YgClan that has existed almost since the begining dies, who next?In our hearts we all know that the day Korean Starcraft communities start disappearing it is going to be a clear sign that the Golden Age for our game is over, and from then on it will be downhill. Recently we received news that it was not a lack of interest or lack of participation that brought down the YgClan website, but a server error that cause them to lose all their data. They are unsure if it is permanent but they are doing their best to try and recover all the lost data. Regardless, they will be up and running soon again.
So it was all a scare and not an ominous sign of things to come. We hope YgClan a quick recovery and we will be waiting for its restitution.
