Yoshi de Sniper, the map maker I have mentioned in previous articles here at Starcraftgamers, Proedit is the best map protector currently out there. It has many improvements to the rather hasty 1.3 version. -Compression is not finished yet, but works.
-Added "Map Colors" feature.
-Added option "No Compression" in the wav compression menu.
-Upgraded protection level to protection level 5.
-Added hyperlinks in the about window.
-Fixed a bug where PROEdit saved all scenarios as .scm.
-Fixed a bug where PROEdit corrupted a map when protecting if it had a low number of locations.
-Fixed some minor bugs.

You can obtain the map protector at » Staredit.net or it can also be uploaded to
» GosuGamers.net. The file size is modem friendly, around 100 kb.
So if you want to protect the maps you make, because your a greedy pig and you do not want to share your knowledge, or you simply suffer from vanity that eats up your soul, the tool is up for grabs!.
