SC2 Euro servers locations? (3688 reads, 12 replies, 5 months ago)
Hi guys,
I don't know if this is allowed here or not. But my friend is doing a research lately about some ISP thingy.
It would be very much helpful if someone can help me about the Euro server locations.
^Not really.

You mean their private net-address(if hacking) or physical location?

If physical it shouldn't be so much troublesome to get, but i have no idea.

I don't know. I got an info that blizzard servers mostly in Vilezy in France. Others in Dusseldorf, Frankfurt and Stockholm. I don't know if the WoW servers for PvP are the same for SC2. My friend told me he just need it to do some ping tests on it. Since he plans to make a new ISP depending on the SC2 servers ping. That ISP will be specialized for the gaming community in his country.
^Not really.

Bnetservers are based in Sthlm hosted by TeliaSonera. All other servers like for WoW are still in Paris.

Back in Warcraft III, the European server (Telia) was located in Sweden. I do not think it changed for StarCraft II!
