The best players mainly come from South Korea. However, there are top players like HuK, IdrA, Naniwa who can compete with them. Those players have one thing in common, they played quite some time in South Korea so I guess it tells everything. The only player who can compete with Korean and who never went to the country is Stephano.

The best Protoss in the world are arguably Huk and Naniwa, if he carries on like this.
MC follows closely then Puzzle, Sage and Oz.



For Terran is of course MVP, then MMA. sC is my pick for #3



For Zergs it's tricky.
NesTea is not what he used to be. I would say it's probably DongRaeGu,
LeeNock, then Idra. Losira fails too hard in ZvT to be on the top imo. Then Stephano of course.

So

Protoss: Huk, Naniwa, MC
Terran: MVP, MMA, sC
Zerg: DongRaeGu, LeeNock, Idra

Well, you can't say that NesTea is out of the picture. Everyone has their bad and good days. Two days ago, he took down Idra, and played good games against Naniwa. He is in a slump lately, but he is still on the top in my opinion.
