well the y live off psi energy form pylons... the reason that psi storm hurts them is because a concentrated amount of psi is too overwhelming for them to handle thus it causes negative effects at large doses/quantities... so being exposed to a storm of concentrated Psi they die.

Read some SC novels and u'll figure it out. They're to some extend sustained by psi energies. Psy storm hurts them because there are different tribes and signatures of psy.

WRONG . PSI is the energy itself and the emitter uses the PSI energies to control zerg (them being lesser beings than Human (especially Ghosts which tend to show strong PSI activities) and Protoss .

so actually that's why Overmind needed Kerrigan and that's why zerg want to infest terrans - to merge with the strong PSI capabilities that some terrans (like ghosts) have manifested after being exposed to cosmic radiations while traveling to the Koprulu sector :)

SO on topic again - I think I read Protoss feed upon solar energie which they absorb through their skin and PSI is simply like some sort of communication telekenesis thing

I have read all the litterature there is on Starcraft, so I can say for certain that it is energy from the stars they feed upon.

A fun fact to know is that Kerrigan is the only zerg that can communicate with the protoss or terran. Protoss can communicate with the zerg and let them know their emotions and vice versa, however never being able to make them understand what they want or need (despite the fact that they both use telepathic powers. Reason is their power and brain chemistry differs so much it's like English and Chinese). Terran has no way to communicate with the zergs, only the protoss that are telepathic masters.

Best regards, Davoud

Well since toss and zerg share a common creator the Xel'naga...I'd say that's understandable...
