you want an honest reply? no.. 90% of it does not work out.. i am no love guru but i have went through intense long distance before. Its better to break it off and remain as friends while there is still a posibility for both of you in the future. But as for long distance.. i'll say no.. it doesnt work out.. all tht webcam and skype shit.. fuck that.. you do not want to go through that.. but hey.. thats me frm my experience .. you dont have to listen to me :) .. hoped i helped.

i agree on #2 but if you were to continue with it, you also have to consider the following:
1. how committed and faithful you will be?
2. how committed and faithful your partner will be?
3. how long it will take till you two see each other in real person?
4. have a good feeling that its not some DICKHEAD who's playing a joke on you =D

most relationship can go well, depending on the person itself... Even if u have close distance relationship (ur neighboor / roommate to be extreme), wont guarantee successful relationship... After all it depends on the person itself...

But, truth to be told, normally long distance relationship have smaller chance of working though. its just human nature....

But, due to the improvement in technology and communication, long distance have better chance of surviving =P

#13 better to put ur relationship into hibernation hahahah and proceed after u or her come back (if u or her really come back). Really, maybe better of that way hehe. Most long distance struggle to survive, let alone deepen ur relation...

but.. me myself have fact that the relationship really really works... my aunt and uncle did it and it works (he go study abroad in aus). so keep the spirit high hehe, the chance is still there....

eventhough i know there are more long distance that didnt work hehehe...

relationships as a whole are worthless piece of thrash in certain ages (for me, anything below 25 is a total waste). ofc I had relationships, actually lots of them, although only aspects I remember as positive ones are sex and ... sex ? No, really give it up already, as having a sexless relationship (a distant one) is even more wasteful. enjoy your life, wait till you grow up and then go for a true relationship.

however if you think you're ready for that then ... still give up on a distant relationship as it is as worthless as it can be (adultery ftw, woohoo).

But long distance relationship work if you open them up. If your not engaged or married just like #2 said just remain friends and go fuck some strangers. When you return you both had some fun with some other people and start it back over.

That is what is working for me right now

I d say 95% dont work, and I ve tried twice: both epic fails so now I m done.

But i know that one tends to try and play the 5 remaining percents.

I guess if you can plan to meet on a regular basis (and i m talking once a month at least it may work), if not dont even bother it ll only hurt both of you
