Messed colors in SC@Win7 (2103 reads, 1 replies, 2 years ago)
Well, i installed Windows 7 RC2 last week and since then all the colors in the menu got messed.
My main problem comes when i try to watch replays. It seems like the "watch replay" button just got deleted as you can see here:

I tried to use the "R" hotkey but unfortunately it did nothing.
Is there any replay launcher or someway to watch replays other way? or maybe a solution to the messed colors?

In addition after installing Starcraft on Windows 7 RC2 i wasn't able to play on battle.net servers (except iccup), it keep saying that my version is mismatched and there is a chance to some "virus" which is not.

* I installed the latest patch and my video card driver.

I just want to know if it is a problem in Windows 7 or is it only me?

Hello, I've faced the same problem up to now... (Win7 RC)

You have to kill the explorer process, then launch starcraft. When you're done playing, run explorer back.

#1st option
[ctrl]+[shift]+[esc]
end explorer process (start + taskbar dissapears...)
file -> run -> icc launcher
[play starcraft...]
file -> run -> explorer
done

#2nd option
You can make s script (.bat), that does all the stuff for u.

First of all make a starcraft.bat in your starcraft folder containing the following commands:

taskkill /f /IM explorer.exe
C:\Games\StarCraft\StarCraft.exe (exact path)
start explorer.exe

And link a shortcut to that .bat
