Depends on what race you play. There are a lot of guides out there.

I would ask for some multitask maps if you want to improve ur APM and mechanics. That will probably make u a better sc2 player

But ur question is kind of wierd. Dont realy understand it
I should realy do something diffrent with my life

Well if your focusing on SC2 then try and never let your supply cap. Keep your minerals down and scout alot. Just train the basics that will without-a-doubt be in SC2

Your question is too general. Looks like u need to work a lot in both ur mechanics and strategic decisions. Maybe u need to watch more replays and try to learn the build orders and its execution in every match up.
A replay of your average 1v1 game would be useful to see your gamestyle.

If u have played that many games (1v1 ofc?) Im assuming your mechanics are better than the average D- noob, so the problem should be your strategies like I said before...

But still your question is to general are u looking for...
Improving mechanics?
Improving micro/macro?
Improving multitask?
Are u getting owned everytime and u can't find what u did wrong?
Are u using the right build orders in your match ups?

Do u know the power of 1a2a3a?

My best advice would be the same as #1 play more sc, but not blindly, with this I mean try to understand what and why you are doing "x" thing in a game, watch replays and learn fromt them, there are tons in this site. Go to TL and read the protoss guides over there. Then mass more games but this time with a clear objective of what you are aiming at. Having good game mechanics (aka the things I listed above) in SC I will give you a great preparation for SC II.

I think you should watch the battle reports and analyze them. How does the units in SC2 work, what makes them good, and how can they be useful. Just that is a big step I think, and will make your stats at B.net 2 better than your current BW stats :)

and ofcourse focus on keeping your macro up, as well as you practice your micro and get faster doing it.

Well, If u wanna play SC to train for SC2 keep to the mechanics.

You cant really train builds, timing and such, but macro, apm, multitask and to a certain point, micro.

Keep the games up and hf!
