It depends on sponsors. Some countrys do send 3 players (like korea, russia, germany, china) some countrys send only 1 player (like italy, hungary) and some countrys doesnt send even one player (like canada this time).

I hope i didnt missunderstand your question.

LRM)Lamer (T) & iMp-Masscata (P) will go to germany.
third place for eddyisready (Z)
fourth for fuSion.Sweeper (P)

rather disappointing that iMp-HolyZerg didn't reach top2, i feel he would've had a decent chance for top16..
