what if medics weren't able to heal stimpacked units in early game , but only when you got a factory ?

what would terran have to fear ? speedlings ? I never heard Starcraft original was imba...

just scout how many rines/medics there are -_-. Its so retardedly simple to stop mm rush if you just scout. Half of bw alone is scouting. The more knowledge you gain, the better you counter. Probly just some dumb shitty D- kid who doesnt know the first thing about bw crying about it.

That's cause no one plays original anymore. Medics were made to compensate mutas and hydras dumb shit. Terran has to mech or get vessels incredibly fast in original just to survive let alone win. Stop crying because you can't scout.

ok look. if you play terran... you are always under constant fear of some gay ass backstab from the zerg. the zerg can pop in with their all-in speedlings to just rape the shit out of you if you dont have medics. terran would have to go 1 base every game and just hug their ramp.

and fyi, the original starcraft WAS imba.

with 2 or 3 firebats , this is UNBEATABLE with speedlings , unless you play vs an idiot ; and for guys who would say "go to his main and rape him" lol firebats with medics blocking the ramp , no way

So you are saying 4 sunken colonies should be able to beat any early marine medic rush terran do? I see many zergs build 7 sunken colonies then get 3 lurkers before they get muta, and they still win the game, easily. It comes down to scouting and reacting to the other player.

And if you are too lazy to micro sunken colonies against medic and marine then that is another thing to consider, when thinking about medicmarine vs sunken balance.

first of all, progamers did not complain because the knowledge of the game wasnt sufficient to realize imbalances in the races yet. why dont the progamers play regular starcraft now? why dont terrans just m-m rush all the time?


and about backstabs, theres a natural that you can rape...

That wmv file had the most noob zergplay. First his overlord gets taken down, then he acts like he's never played a 10 barrack terran before and gets bunkered right next to his spawning pool without any fight, I'm sorry if you let a terran bunker right next to your spawning pool that is the noobiest thing.

He had probably more than 2 groups of marines/meds when he broke 5 sunken, and zerg didn't even micro the sunken at all.

He 3 barrack rush so if zerg defended successfully zerg would have had an easy win after that.

They don't even show game stats, but if they did zerg would have had substantially higher resource stats than terran in that game, meaning he didn't tech fast enough or build defense fast enough.

He was building 5+ lurker at one time showing how slow his tech was.

Just because a terran can end a game early against a greedy zerg isn't evidence that the game was imbalanced. Plus terran built 3 barrack early so it's a high risk rush build, meaning that the only reason he wins is if zerg is doing high risk fast economy build.

ok i just watched the vid. here are some points.

1. the terran went 3 rax no expo. this is MEANT to break sunkens.
2. terran got abnormally fast ebay and had +1 weapons by the time he was fighting the sunkens.
3. the zerg did not defend against the bunker too well which led to poor economy and limited number of lings.
4. if zerg had protected his lings better, he would have either been able to delay the attack on the sunkens long enough for the lurks to pop, or he woulda been able to preserve enough to flank the force attacking the sunkens. the marines woulda been easily raped. 123 gg.

Whoa! Here I thought the hundreds of replays and 8 years playing gave me some insight on the game and it's balance, but your single rep of a Zerg ACTUALLY LOSING A GAME TO A TERRAN has opened my eyes! How could I have been so blind? We have to get rid of medics immediatly to remedy this. And it wouldn't hurt if we gave zerglings a 7 range attack while we're at it. Maybe make ultras teir 1. How about zerg gets a special unit called an "amazerg" that whines about imbalances until your opponent leaves the game?
