No way, if you don't scout 4 rax and make 6 sunkens. Also terran can't stop 2 hatch muta(with good micro sure) if he go fe with a 4 rax after.

play with latency changer and practice that muta harass. once you get pro muta micro, you can just beat everyone with mutas.
