I make a mean meat sauce
I typically by 3-4 pds Hamburger to fry up
2 cans of sauce (ya to lazy for scratch)
One packet of noodles
Red Wine
and
Sugar
I fry the meat up by it self starting the water with olive oil for the noodles
when the meats done i add it to a bigger pot and dump in the 2 cans letting it come to a bubble... i add the about half a cup of sugar and maybe 3 shots of redwine... stir in adding more if needed
wait for noodles and bread to be done and serve
*viola* if done right a think and meaty Speghetti sauce over noodles

-Fried Califlower
-Vine leaves stuffed with meat and rice
-There's a soup made out of sheep stomach over here that is very popular especially when you have a hangover - it's called Shkembe and it's awesome !!
surely a favorite ^_________^ tradition says to eat it salty with lots of vinegar and garlic :)
-Nothing beats a good old stake with lots of onions on the side and some fries
-Musaka - potato cubes with mincemeat - put them in an oven (first there's some preparation to be done to the mincemeat) and when it's just about done my mom puts a yoghurt/egg/something topping - pure art
