I know this is an old forum but Op NrG) @ iCCup usually has 10+ players in it, trying to get a big gaming community channel going, something like Op ToT) but for iccup. If ur ever looking for friendly, non ladder games on iccup, hit up Op NrG) and you'll surely find what you're looking for ^_^
