If they ahve added the star system, why don't I have any levels?And you should att how you can get/how many points you can gain by doing diffrent things. That way, people wouldn't complain that they won't grow levels. They just have to see how much they have left and what they can do to raise their level. And to be honest, I absolutley love the system! Thank you for adding this!
You don't cause you are level 0. You couldn't see it in your account, cause you just created it. It resets every night at 4 am, I think. I did a recount of your points, now the star is shown in your profile.

We don't have this policy. If a crew member repeatedly needs censoring then they won't be staying in the crew for long. Also people who are too immature to follow the rules are highly unlikely to become crew.
These two facts result in the pattern you are referring to.

compromising posts by crew members rather get deleted than censored. also they wont get warned but contacted by PM and told to not do that again.
this is made like that, coz it doesnt look "nice" if your crew members have warnings or censored post.
sure you kick out ppl who repeat bad behaviour, but you could at least stand for your distorting practice you applicate on first-time bad behaviour.
