we decided on that to minimize the risk of people spamming A LOT to get pts. Since we censor spam, they will get punished because of it. Also, we made it so that trolls won't have high stars as that would just be wierd.

strange though,they can ban me,but if only you look at the forums you would find a whole lot of people that need banning. but yeah,that's just me,the admins are doing a fine job and are very competent.
