"Are you looking into or thinking about people playing starcraft with their mind instead of using a keyboard for future starcraft games?"

All older Blizzard titles are now available as digital downloads from blizzard online store. I'm curious if Starcraft 2 is going to be available for digital purchase and download at the day of release (so I can have the game within an hour :P ) or this option will come live later?

I'd be really glad for forwarding this :]

1) When will blizzard just finish the damn game?

2) What exactly does Zerg have that actually makes them...playable....vs the new terran and protoss units? The only unit I have seen so far that has any real degree of flexibility is the mutalisk, and last time I checked, the SC2 marine AND missile turret is almost strictly better than the BW marine or missile turrets respectively, and of course, the protoss stalker IS strictly better vs Mutalisk than the Dragoon ever was, in both maneuverabilty and firepower, and the hydralisk just seems to suck vs ground, so where does that leave Zerg for a reliable, flexible unit? They certainly got nothing like Stalker or Viking or marine.

Will upgrades make visible changes to units unlike starcraft when units only got them out of thin air so to speak? Like if a zergling makes wings to go faster after getting speed ling upgrade for example?

Will it be more easier to make maps in SC2 then in SC? I find that is pretty hard just for anyone to make maps in SC, will that change in SC2?

fuck xelnaga tower and ''super minerals''.. just CoC rip off if you ask me...
(lead producer of sc2 made some CoC if im right. There is where he have gotten the idea.)

those yellow minerals will create imbalance, (i think).
Since a zerg has easier to expand early then a terran or protoss.
the zerg will then take over the yellow minerals then just defend
and macro up and then mass as hell and simply overrun the terran or protoss
base.

but the zerg have such a lack of options on the units!
this is a important fix they must look up!
if the zerg cant have spells or other options, they must instead fix their lack of mobility! or improve their stats or something...

why cant blizzard reach out to the sc community, this is one thing that bothers me, instead of talking to the sc community they are talking to the

sc2 fanboys(sc2 fanboys=people who cant play any rts for serious but cant wait for ''sc2 singleplayer'' cuz on battle net they get raped )

and battle.net community(battle.net= D- chobo's.)

cause how many of you are visiting the battlenet forum daily?
i would say about 1-2 of the people who are watching this post really are doing it. and if we sum it up. there might be around 20 people in the whole sc community who actually watches the battlenet forums.

my question is, why such a lack of involvement on blizzards part to reach out to the sc community.

I want to know more about SCII editor, how powerfull will it be?

Same here. Specific questions about the editor I'm interested in because I plan to make some great UMS maps.

Will it be able to:
- change the default amount of minerals mined by the workers from each patch of minerals and each gas geyser? For example, making blue minerals yield 5 per worker trip and yellows yield 25, or something like that instead of the default 8/12
- change the default refinery/extractor/assimilator setting where it shuts down after a certain amount of gas is taken? Because this mechanic would be pointless in the UMS map realm
- change the minimum distance that Nexus/CC/Hatch must be placed from minerals/geysers?
- change the number of workers able to mine from any single mineral patch or geyser? Similar to how gold was mined in the original warcraft games - unlimited # of peasants could go in and out of a single gold mine and/or hack at a single tree and just deplete it faster
- change the required tech buildings for unit production. Example in SC1 terms: Can I make a map where terran players can build firebats without first constructing an academy
- change the size of the map (and retain all the work that's already been done) after I've edited it on a smaller one and realized it wasn't big enough for my liking? "expanding the canvas" so to speak, in photoshop terms
- expand unit hit points beyond 9999 and armor beyond 255?
- change armor types for protoss shields? I've heard that the shields will take on the same armor type as the unit's normal hp, but I'd like to know if the option is available to make it the same way as original SC where the shields take full damage from everything, but the unit's hp is armor-type specific
- change the movement speed and attack rate of units?

Also a question regarding animation limitations of SC2. In UMS games in the original SC, when HUGE numbers of units with many animations were in game, dragoons/scouts/wraiths/etc. fired, but their missiles/projectiles were not animated and therefore didn't land on their targets. Will SC2 limit the number of sprites displayed on screen as well? If so, how large can armies become before this will occur?

AND FINALLY:
Will there be a siege tank in the next battle report? Because if there isn't, I'm not buying SC2. That is all.

I dont know if this already came up but i write it anyway.

Larger friendlist, and if u are in a guild, cant they make 1 session or Flink like "create game" , "Join game" "quit" and put a Guild there? easy to see who's online of all members since if u f add all 70% of the friendlist is full.
