blackman uses hydras quite a lot vs P, no? He is of course a macro player, but his storm dodging should be pretty neat :)

vs t its almost always just attack move.. sometimes focusfire on medics or marines or science vessels etc. depends of the situation.

as for vs p...

hydra dancing vs zealots:

now this is if the P hasnt yet moved out and when he does, usually with speed zeals WITHOUT high templars, you do this... I might or might not flank but anyways.
I get good results by moving the hydras the zealots are near immediately back. usually zeals are able to hit 1-2 times before I move the hydras back, and that usually leaves it with few hp or enough hp to manage another attack. each time zeal comes near an hydra, move that hydra away a bit. if you got like maybe 12 hydras in clump vs 8 zeal or something and they attack you head on, move the first ones on the line once zeals close up.

I get extremely good results with this.

Now if there are high templars its a bit more tricky.

spread up your hydras, so that you wont get any "lose 12 hydras to 1 storm" crap even if you're careless. group up your hydras... at this point you usually should have maybe 2½ groups of hydra if P fe's... now, you will slaughter zeals easily as long as there are no HT storm... therefore you gotta be wary. Immediately when the storm comes, you move that group of hydras. You will learn with experience to predict the storms so that you might move the hydras even BEFORE storm makes ANY damage...

Usually P storms once high templars are close, and the usual target is biggest clump of hydras. therefore, once they're in close-ish range, you may even start dancing with your hydras... it doesnt damage you much if you move your hydras back once even tho there was no storm. in fact, it might even help... it also depends how many HT's came up... usually there are 2 when they first come out... so after first storm, expect the second to come ANY second. at this point you might even just spread up your hydras alot.

this is very micro heavy and requires full presence, so hotkey your hatcheries... I personally use 0,9,8,7 etc... so during battle, for example just as he is about to move out use 0sh9sh8sh7sh and then micro, and after things cool down a little 0sh9sh8sh7sh again

hope this helps :)
