Sponsors pay for nearly everything. When you have companies like Samsung, Razer, QPad, Logitech, Xbox, Circiut City, ans Philips sponsoring an event, and if you know the company backgrounds financially, you know some big money is going to be involved.

As far as I know, WCG in that country, in this example Russia, is getting their own sponsors for doing that kind of stuff. In WCG Nordic, afaik there is no such thing. :)

in poland, it's not about cash, it's about mentality - those funny idiots on high posts in companys like samsung, logitech, lg (or anything connected with that business) need decades to understand that sponsoring this market and doing everything to promote e-sport is in their own interes... gosh, i really don't know why they pay thousands to a marketing managers who still lives in XX century...

#13 no since the nordic countries gets f*cked and won't get any spots for WCG as usual.

We haven't since 2003(?) when SCG.com(=GG.net) made it possible for SWE/NOR/FIN to send 1 each, but since then and even then we(=the players) have been held down by our own WCG commitées and such.

They don't think that SC:BW is something they would profit of I guess.
