some seriously question we know it all from bodybuilding ( well most people) and every muscle should have atleast 2 days rest per workout .
So i was thinking the question if it wouldnt be better to take a day rest of bw and come back after then ?
Why i ask that ? Well , the brain is a muscle too. ...

No, the brain is not a muscle. It is a big ball of nerves and mostly fat... no muscle there.

But pausing from BW a little now and then is imo good. It will make sure you actually feel a big WANT TO PLAY again and that will make you play a lot better!

Btw ... That 2 days rest thing really isnt true at all...
Did Bruce Lee, Arnie, and Geronda take 2 day breaks? no...
And some muscles dont need any break at all, legs for instance.

wow #10... thats the most ridiculous post I have ever read... not to sound like a complete ass, but have you ever done any physical training yourself? Ever hear of a thing called overtraining? It's when the volume and intensity of your training exceeds the recovery capacity. You actually begin to lose strength and muscle as a result. To answer your question, yes, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Bruce Lee did take 2 day breaks and actually Arnold took longer than 2 day breaks for each muscle group because he would train chest on one day then legs the other day then another muscle group another day so basically hes giving each muscle group lost of days of recovery. All muscles need recovery time if you work them right even abs. abs is one of the fastest recovering muscles and that still takes atleast a day. i'm honestly curious on how you can even try to argue with me because you are completley wrong and nothing you say can correct your statement in your post.

right... with a response like that #13 you obviously proved I'm the stupid one... Good job man, really. You couldn't have posted a more useless reply. It takes a lot of experience to respond like so.

#12 i just had to read for like 3 seconds to see you know what youre talking about, just ignore the shrimps that dont know anything besides being retarded on the internet :)

so yeah, 2 days rest is the way to go but as #1 said the brain is not a muscle (and even if it was, could people tell their boss they need to rest their brain like every second day?).

(would 36 h even make sense? i meen, if i work out 16.00 on monday, should the next time be 04.00 tuesday Oo)

Well I do a BB and there is no time limit 4 working out.
You can train that muscle everyday if he can stand it, but its just not possible. The best time period is 7days but if you are BB go pro then 48h.
Brain is not like muscle, you rest your brain every night(sleeping) and thats all he needs so I think you can play everyday.

Use your brain to the max, never let it rest. You rest and regen while you sleep, that's all you should need. Also remember that when you get sleepy, stop playing or do something that doesn't need much thinking.
