The question are, will there be a spawn-version equal to the one in original sc in sc2?

it gives you a posibility of playing lan games against/with human players without having two cd:s

The spawn-version isn´t complete and you can´t play on internet.

actually. you CAN play on Battle net, but only in games hosted by a user with the cd key that the spawn insallation was made with.. its quite brilliant, really. but wc3 didnt include it (does anyone know why?) so im guessing sc2 wont either.

i just burn the cd using clone cd program, then i have 2same cds with same protection against burning on them ;)

I haven't seen spawns since... well BW. So I don't think there'll be one for SCII. However I do hope that you won't need the CD to play... that's so outdated these days. :P
