Hardly was Liquibition #24 over before #25 was started and finished. IefNaij standing strong after his previous victory over BRAT_OK was now challanged by the rising Chilean star DinOt!
Barely had the Canadian Protoss had time to catch his breath until TeamLiquid, eager for blodshed and true to their word of more battles to come, threw at him another opponent. This time it was the commander of Swarm, the Chilean Zerg DinOt who wished to prove himself.
They had, just like before, been able to choose three maps each. And the last map was to be played on the classic Ride of Valkyries, chosen by popular vote by a mob of fans hungry for fighting over at TeamLiquid. None of the players were particularly used to the map and reigning champion stated that he wished the series would not come to be decided on such unfamiliar grounds. DinOt, however, took it more cool and just said "I just have to play it."
IefNaij, being a leader of the tribe and warrior race Protoss, was clearly out for blood. On the question of why he had picked the map Wuthering Hights he said "I lost to DinOt on Wuthering in TSL, I simply want my revenge."
But IefNaij would be dissapointed on both his wishes. He was going to lose on Wuthering Hights and the series would come down to the last game on Ride of Valkyries. In a series where DinOt took command with a 3-1 lead it was going to be tough for the Canadian. But as a true Protoss, rather die than surrender, he would come back. Getting two victories he would reach a 3-3 tie. And standing on the last map, the very one he wanted to avoid, he would win. This was the Liquibition #25, another triumph for Protoss.
