During today's weekly maintenance period Blizzard Entertainment brought in the newest patch which adds some new high end content along with some balance and interface changes. Blizzard highlights a few changes:
Blackwing Lair - The new high level raid dungeon, and home of Nefarian the dragon.
The Darkmoon Faire traveling carnival
New Battlegrounds Battlemasters
And much more!
Log into your World of WarCraft account to update the patch or download the patch from a third party site such as 3DGamers or Fileplanet. As is par for the course with Blizzard patches, most of the interface utilities will need to be updated. We'll let you know when the major interface mods are updated.
I definetly recommend that you read through the patch notes as there are a lot of new features and balance changes to check out. If you play Undead you may want to check out the nerf that happened to the entire race this patch that lowers Will of the Forsaken down to five seconds and the boosting of Cannibalize to thiry-five percent regeneration over ten seconds. This is just a tip of the icerberg of the numerous changes and additions made to the game. Make sure to check out your class and see what has been changed!
