Batoo StarLeague Round of 16 is here

The group selection ceremony was held earlier today and the first game played will be Stork versus Bisu on February 4th. It looks like it's going to be one hell of an OSL.

Bisu of course winning the wildcard round to take BackHo spot in the OSL after he injured his back and had to forfeit not only his OSL spot, but every other tournament as well. The maps that will be used are Medusa, Tears of the Moon, Return of the King and Sin Chupung-Ryeong.


Group A with Stork, Bisu, July and YellOw. It might be natural to assume that YellOw will be the odd man out in this group, but he only has one loss in his last ten games. The same applies for July and Bisu. Stork on the other hand has lost half of his last ten games.


Group B with hero, Fantasy, Leta and Tester. If we look at recent records Leta should be able to make it through this, while Tester should not. Fantasy has shown some weakness lately and hero is a bit of a wildcard.


Group C: Hwasin, UpMagiC, BeSt and Flash. This should perhaps be Flash and BeSt's group, but it could quickly turn into a free for all. UpMagiC can be very tricky and Hwasin has a good TvT on his best days.


Group D: KaL, GGPlay, Luxury and JaeDong. With JaeDong's ZvZ being what it is this should be his group. After that Luxury has been doing really well lately while KaL and GGPlay have not really been performing their best.
