| IMO, the Best Gankers category lacks Dendi. But I'd go for Vigoss or MaNia- since Vigoss can carry and farm well (and he can sometimes be a support player by warding) and MaNia- often has excellent timing. Also, I think Fear must have been nominated as best carrier, though I think the ultimate choice would be either Loda or Yamateh. |

| Imo Fear was only the 5th best carry(the other 4 were just a bit better with the most Heroes). [Angel < Fear] (imo) And in 08 KuroKy was the most awesome Carry Player(with almost any Hero). IN 08! NS was the best supporter, but atm he seems to play more gankers or even carry. IMO Dray did the best Job in terms of Leading ( in 08) 2th Maelk. And vigoss was inactive long time and not very sucessful in 08, so i'd say Mania was the best Ganker. i luv u all! and not bad Award. and get mannerz guys.  |
| well as every one can see only 5 players are in each category, but I guess I could mention about 10 dota-players that would qualify in each category of dota and remember that it is a award for the whole year, meaning that the performance by VP and SK early last year shouldn't forgotten So what im trying to say is that you have to live without levent, hanni, dendi, travka, smiske, tompa, kwom, hexor, ars-art, blowyourbrain, pgg, lasthitmagic, tulex, twisted, remstrar, hyhy and many more ;) |
| I find it hilarious how there's so much whine and ya'll that whine honestly think that you have the ultimate opinion The nomination is obviously not made by just one person, and there was a lot of discussion around this (thereby the news was released 27/01). Obviously many of you just mention players and teams because you're a fan of them, mixed with that they was close but not couldn't really make the top list. Nothing saying that is a error less list though, but I'm 100% sure no players or team is there out of bias. |
| tot! im really missing F2F from the teams, instead of NrT. they had much more better results in 2008. They could beat all the top teams, they were 3# ggnet team rankings, so its a littlebit strange for me. f2f was top 2-5 during the whole year.... same with lrm.. and no Mondi (esl winner, top1 ggnet), dreiven, ra at 1v1? omg.. |

| I would choose some different players as nominees in SC but in the end it doesnt really matter becouse Nony should obviously be #1 this year. Also shame no poles in any category this year. |
