ESL MS: Mondragon stumbles

The ESL MS playday has really brought a surprise this week, with Sziky defeating Mondragon 2-1 in what was considered to be an almost guaranteed win for Mondragon, with 81% of the Gosubets on him.

With Mondragon's defeat, Group 1 has been blown wide open, with everybody on an equal score, and given the number of upsets that have come about in this series so far, we could see anyone qualify from this group! In group two, Chosen failed to appear from his match and lost on walkover, giving ClouD a second win and domination over his group at the moment. Strelok triumphed over HayprO, despite his recent losses to the Swedish zerg, giving him a decent middle position in his group.

Next week's playday will see groups 3 and 4 in action; the game between MistrZZZ and Yayba was eventually played after being postponed, and MistrZZZ won in a 2-1 victory to get him a good standing in his group. Next week's matches haven't been announced yet, so stay tuned!
