HoRRoR on new team: 'The main target is SC2'

Hello HoRRoR, StarCraft Troopers player, who will be playing in the new "unrevealed team" which hit the scene yesterday...

So, for starters, what team is it that will start a new StarCraft squad?

- It is a team which had no SC:BW Squad until now. They are well non in the shooter-scene and are trying to form a team for SC2. Some comments in the infernal-news were really close.

The team will consist of only German players, wouldn't it be better to grab the best players throughout the world?

- The first idea was to grab some of the best international players but somehow this plan didnt work out. Furthermore a german only squad is much more easier to organise.

What are your goals with this new team?

- First of all the main target is to build up a team, I mean the spirit and so on. We'll try to compete with the other clans but thats secondary. The team will start playing professional in SC2.

Will you and your team mates be able to fully focus on StarCraft, with the salary being given?

- I can't give you any infos about the salary but sure we will try to focus on StarCraft. But as I allready said, the main target is StarCraft2.

How many players will be playing in this team?

- The squad will be made up of six players and two organisators.

So you can confirm now that it's you and inFeRnaL in the team, what other players can we expect?

- Yes iNfernaL and I will soon be in the same team. Furthermore we will be provided by one of the strongest 2on2 teams and two newcomer.

When will the team be revealed to the public?

- If everything fits then we expect to release it in the next few days.

Well, if you know BW you can learn any other RTS pretty well really. For example... when I tried Dawn of War online for the first time ever I joined this "1v1 newbie" game... and the other guy started whining at me that he wanted to play a newbie and not a pro! Only becouse I had some micro from BW! :s
Look at the top-tier gamers in most games and you'll notice quite a lot of them comes from BW.
No... it doesn't guarante anything, but it gives a lot. :P

not a pro, but you have a bigger chance of being good than someone who didnt play SC ever, the other thing is if u want and have enough time

Was same in Warcraft 3, I won some testgames vs clanmembers after 1 week onlinegaming cause I was able to play game without overmins and good micro, then I coudn't join cause they thought I am a smurfer.

Now I play only DotA @ wc3 cause WC3 Community really sucks^^

SC2 will come out for 1 year after that you will need one more year so that game become playable and then 20 pach to balanc whole game...so guy we talk here about 2 year period or more...and there is no sure prove that SC2 will be popular like SC/BW yes evryone wait game...but same was with WC3 and now no one play it...

SC II wont be realized probably till 2010 so this team should first be good at Bw and the at SCII. I dont see them surviving more than 1 year

i may be crazy, but from what i can see this team only has one player good enough to compete at sc:bw top foreign levels

60# and who is that wizzard ? if you want fast fame with clan you need stars if you have no stars then you are on long road to ROME! any way gl to them...after 2 month evryone of them will back to old team...they stand no chance against any team in WGTCL 1

hey funny that you mention janthepig. he was really gosu back in the days i spent time on playing! did he start a WC career? what happened to him? really great protoss gamer :)) i used to play with him. but never became good enough to beat him repeatedly.
the greatest game of his was a pvz against Cash (zerg/ex[DEF]brutalisk) where he went mass reaver/sair and plowed slowly through the centre on LT. definetly pink sexyness^
