MeetYourMakers, title holders of the league, managed to wrestle down the Russian Terran factory RoX with a 3-1 score. Strelok showed the way for his team, taking down aaOa in the single match and then together with his 2on2 partner White-Ra, he defeated Pomi and BRAT_OK in the team match.
MeetYourMakers is now in a good position after three rounds. Chinese player F91 took down Pomi as well, which meant a 3-1 victory for the "Devils". The fourth match between White-Ra and Androide was postponed, as Androide was unable to show up.
Markus 'MaX' Kemper, manager of MeetYourMakers, tells GosuGamers that they are confident in defending their title.
- After our pretty good start I'm pretty confident that we can defend our title. We have yet to play teams like ToT and LRM, so everything can happen but we are pretty focused and will give our best to stay on top in the end.
You, together with ToT, is the only team who has three wins in a row. Do you see ToT as your biggest rivals?
- They always belong to our toughest opponents. This time it's probably the only team who can beat us overall cause xLo already lost 3 clanwars.
Templars of Twilight was lucky to come out with a 3-2 win yesterday, as Cloud and Mondragon lost their single matches to IefNaij and oo. SquaLL was able to defeat Oldy with a 2-0 score, and in the team match Mondragon and GohaN could take out Oldy and Ryko.
In the last single match however, GOsia went up against NonY in a most debatable match. After 1-1, NonY left the battlefield, and the victory was handed (according to iCCup.com) to GOsia. Whether the iCCup administration will act upon this remains to be told.
The Chinese newcomer team LooNg handed a beating to Team LighT in a match ending 4-0 with the 2on2 match unplayed.
Los Reyes Del Mambo's match versus Face To Face looks to be in the hands of the Spaniards, being in the lead 2-1, but with two postponed matches F2F can turn this around. MIStrZZZ, ZZZero was able to swipe one win each, while Ace from F2F took out Fenix.
The eastern Europe teams Saints Team and 3DClan seems have their match postponed.
