WWI: Brackets out - Mondragon plays Sea

Update: After hours of confusion where Blizzard had two different brackets online on their American and European site, the correct brackets are now published.

sAviOr will go up against the Protoss player Dreiven, as it was rumoured earlier. Even though recent news revealed that "The Maestro" was demoted to the b-team of CJ Entus, the Zerg player is still seen as the top favorite to win the match.

Mondragon will play Sea[Shield], a Zerg versus Terran, in his first match. Considered Mondragon's worst matchup, it looks tough for the World Cyber Games bronze medalist, especially as Sea[Shield] is one of the most buff Terran players right now.

Siz)KaL will go up against the Chinese player F91 in a match that seems on the paper as the most even match. But F91 will have to perform his absolute best to put down KaL.

The veteran Protoss progamer Stork will play the progamer aspirant IdrA. The reigning WCG champion will most likely continue riding the Korean run over train.

    World Wide Invitational Round 1
    Korea sAviOrvs. Poland MYM.Dreiven
    Germany ToT)Mondragon(vs. Korea Sea)Shield
    Korea Siz)KaLvs. China MYM.F91
    Korea Storkvs. United States eSTRO.IdrA

Worth noting is that the tournament will be a Double Elimination bracket.

WTF!!!!! this is total bullshit... Id rather have good games then cheating a foreigner to the final. It should have been randomized. Loss of respect for blizz.
It would have been much better then we could have seen how the foreign scene would do vs the pro's too. BLAH!!!!!!

    #28 wait, what?

although I do agree with your prediction, mondi has very little chance, Sea is one of the least consistent player at the highest level. He has won very little aswell.

I would LOVE mondi to pull an upset. :p

#8 hows is putting foreignners against korean cheating first of all. i rather watch better matches later anyways haha. im rooting for foreigners of course so if they make it pass the first round that would be impressive.

    #40 champignones 2
the brackets should be completely random instead of foreigners vs koreans or koreans vs koreans or foreigners vs foreigners , that will make the tournament more fair.
