Starting later this month, GosuGamers will present their first invitational cash tournament of 2008 when 24 of the best and most active players in the scene compete to see who will truly become the master of their craft.
$100 USD is up for grabs in a few weeks when GosuGamers (with sponsorship of myself) presents the first of hopefully many tournaments this year.
Single Elimination following a Round Robin
Players will be grouped into four groups of six players. Each player will play one another in a best of one on the maps
Tau Cross, 
Un'Goro Crater, and 
Zodiac. One group will play each weekend (Friday and Saturday or Sunday) and top two players from each group advancing to the second round to play in best of threes using the same maps. When there are only two players remaining they will play on a new set of maps.Rules?
Players will meet in a predetermined channel on the European server where they will all be given the option of playing on Hamachi. Each game will be observed by GosuGamers.net crew members to ensure rules are enforced. Standard ladder rules apply. Good Manners are recommended.
Players?
Players have been grouped and the matches are scheduled to begin on the 22nd with the first group playing. Expect to see the most active and best players currently playing in todays ladders and clan leagues. Groups with a schedule will be announced very soon, as soon as every detail has been worked out. Players who have been invited are encouraged to send a private message to LordWeird, Vildamalin, or Phantom to confirm they can play on the scheduled dates. Players who do not confirm will be replaced.
