The week two of H4G.pl Champions League is now finished. Let us see the results!
It took some time, mostly because of Christmas for players to finish the second round of H4G.pl Champions League, but almost everything have been played so far and only one match is left. This week we chose a few games to the replaypack, as you are probably not interested in watching all the replays :) The results with comments:

What the surprising results! Slider is after a long period of inactivity and it seems that he is not in his best shape. Yayba won the match pretty easily and he looks like a person who is really determined to advance from this group.
Probably nobody expected that ParanOid will not be able to take at least one game from bH. But he did not and bH takes his second 3-0 win in the tournament (one will not count though). Now ParanOid has to win against Yayba, if he wants to play in the final bracket and earn the prizes!
In the last match Dunaj won in 5 very funny pvp games, where Fabian tried probably everything to beat the favorite. His loss does not count though, because:
*Dunaj withdrew from the tournament and all his games are deleted. We do not know why, but it is pretty strange, as he still stood a chance to advance and the group would look even more interesting!
Yayba is 2-0, bH 1-0, ParanOid is 1-1, Fabian 0-1 and Slider 0-2.

The terran group.
In this mirror matches round a totally unknown Sawyer takes his second win, this time against BaLBoA. The latter is 0-2 and he lost 0-3 for the second time. It seems that he stands no chance in advancing to the final round, while Sawyer is pretty close!
In the one and only zvz match Hullah won against Predator in very hard series. I was 0-1 and 1-2, but I managed to reverse the score and win 3-2. Predator on the other hand gets his second 2-3 loss. Something bad is going on among Polish zergs!
In the last match of this group in the round two, Spawn is 1-0 ahead against Raven. The match has not been finished yet, but we will inform you about the score in the next news. We put the replay from the only game that was played in the replaypack below.
Hullah and Sawyer. are 2-0, Raven 1-0, Spawn is 0-1 and Predator together with BaLBoA are 0-2.

A lot of mirrors this time! VenOm after a surprising win against DukusO lost to Dreiven who looks, as if he was in a very good shape. He won for the second time and it seems that he is the favorite in this group.
After a lose in playday one, Boban thought his play over and won against PiKe. The series was tvz and Boban won it fairly easily.
DukusO who is a well-known player does not play a lot lately. He recently left POL-A, because he does not have time to play StarCraft as much as he used to in the past. In his free time he plays Diablo II (at least Blizzard's game), but he still has not forgotten how to play zvp. Both players are 1-1 and we cannot be sure, who will advance from this group yet.
Dreiven is first with 2-0, Boban, DukusO, VenOm and Loid are 1-1, while PiKe ist last with 0-2 score.

All the matches were finished in the 3-1 score. EnErGy after a 2-3 loss last week against Gohan, managed to win with Exmario who won his first match. Exmario has a very swinging form. One week he wins in a very convincing style and next week he loses, showing nothing really interesting.
Gohan won against Vapur in great series. Seriously, the replays are very nice and we put all of them in the replaypack. Gohan who recently played his 50 match in POL-TEAM runs for the first place, showing that he still knows how to play not only 2/2, but also 1/1.
SampleR on the other hand loses for the second time, letting ITsux take an easy win.
Everything can happen in this group. Gohan is first with 2-0, SampleR last with 0-2 and other players are 1-1.
The group stage is entering the phase, when everything gets more and more interesting. A few scores are known already for week three and a few are missing. We will not write about the finished matches yet, so you can expect a news as soon as all the matches (or at least almost all) will be finished.
