We are bringing down the platform for an emergency maintenance to fix problems causing players to not starting games. We will update this post regularly.
Update 10:30 : Due to current critical issues, we will be undergoing emergency maintenance to restore the game back to its previous state. This means when service is restored the game will be back online, but without the new features planned for this week. We apologize for the delay and are working hard to make sure everything is fixed and smooth for the new update
Update: 11:15 Summoners, we think we have located the issue and are testing the fix on the PBE. We will update you again in 30 mins.
Update: 12:00 We found the root cause of the error - one of our maps was indirectly crashing the client - and we believe we have found a solution. Once we verify our fix, we should be able to go forward with our planned patch 3.5 deploy.
Update: 12:44 We are verifying on PBE now and will update in 30 minutes.
