Tobias "ZpuX" Nilsson was relieved after defeating his Round of 16 opponent Daniel "XlorD" Spenst as he did not expect to win. StarCraft defeated WarCraft 3 in yet another branch in the tournament tree.

The Swedish Zerg tells GosuGamers he did not prepare anything special for the match, which he never does.

- "It seems like always when I prepare for something I fail, so I just try to relax, not think about it too much and take it as it comes," said ZpuX.

ZpuX had difficulties against the proxy pylon moves by the German Protoss player, but he was able to take home the series by 2-1 either case.

- "In the first game I totally missed when he moved out with his units, but in fear of my lings he had to warp in one or two units in his base, and I had just started producing units when his 4-gate attack came and I was lucky enough to defend it," said ZpuX.

"I snuck 16 lings into his base while I lost my expansion he lost all his probes"
In the second game ZpuX lost to a a proxy Stargate that allowed XlorD to attack with a 3 void rays early on.

- "In the second game I just knew something was up due to his fast core and the way his scouting probe disappeared. So I tried to scout the whole map, but I missed one spot where he hid his Stargate," said ZpuX.

The third game saw XlorD attack with an early zealot force which did little to the Zerg player. ZpuX could scout his opponent's tech path with an overlord, but once again missed XlorD's proxy pylon. After missing some overlords at 28, ZpuX felt he was down for the count.

- "But just when he was about to attack me I snuck 16 lings into his base while I lost my expansion he lost all his probes. Knowing that I only had to defend my main to win, I put up 5 sunkens or so, just to survive, which I eventually did," said ZpuX.

After Victor "Nazgul" Goossens defeating Christoph "Mondragon" Semke, ZpuX will now go up against Nazgul in the quarter final. While he defeated one Protoss already, Tobias believes Nazgul will be too tough for him.

You are set to play Nazgul in the next round, how do you feel going up against him?
- "I will be happy if I manage to win at least 1 game, but I think he's my opposite. He prepare strategies and he study his opponenents, and knowing myself, such a player is the worst kind I can face. But it will be fun, not everyday you get a chance to play with the best," said ZpuX.
