Chat with Blizzard on Twitter

Posted by Lasse "Enron" Engen 1 year ago
Blizzard is holding a developers chat on Tweeter on Friday, March the 12th at 22:00 CET (4 PM EST) and lasts for about an hour.

If you have any questions you want answered by Blizzard make sure to grab this opportunity by asking your question through Twitter as Blizzard is having a 'chat with the devs' from 22:00 CET/4 PM EST today.

Use the hashtag #Blizzchat when submitting your question and Blizzard will answer it in a dedicated forum for their answers as there is a character limitation on Twitter. Feel free to share your questions in the comments below.

To submit a question for the Developer Chat, please tweet using the #BlizzChat hashtag between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00p.m. PST on March 12th. Due to the character limitation on responses within Twitter, all answers will be posted on the StarCraft II forums in a dedicated thread.

I think i'm going to ask: since the beta is apparently going so well, if they have actually considered to release it sooner (lol) Of course I want the game to be great, which includes bug fixes ect. Maybe I should just wait it out?

dont have twitter.

Someone shuld ask them why are the health bars so big.
When u have a big army u cant see anything because of them. They really shuld make them a little smaller. They are too thick now. Shuld be a little slimmer imo

Can you make some kind of replay viewer for all versions of replays ? It would be best and health bars should be slimmer

#4 and #5 You can hide Health Bars... It is SC2, not WC3, you won't always need Health Bars.

Questions.

1. Don't you guys think that enabling/disabling healthbars with only 1click on ALT would be more practical ?

2. It seems that Zerg is now kind of OP (thanks to the current strength of the larva injection). They can overwhelm you with pretty much anything while denying any of your miserable attempt at scouting.
Do your statistics correlate my feeling ?

3. Even though I've always despised the people who complained about balance before seriously trying to find out a counter, it seems that the current position of the WarpIn research in the Protoss techtree turns every PvP into a snoozefest where every single good player does the same mass Zealots/Warp-In strategy. Have DavidKim and CowGoMoo figured out a counter ?

#12 dude i know i dont always need them, but its a lot better and useful to play with them visible. U wont need them if ur a noob...
And pressing alt at the times u need to see the bars is really stupid because u cant use any other hotkeys when ur holding the alt key.
Dunno why u defend the game so much. Its good but it has flaws man. Its not perfect.
Go play terran with mmm army and helth bars on. U wont see shit because of medivacs witch have 3 bars and fly over the marines and marauders, all u see is bars and nothing else...

the best gamers of sc1 always knew in their mind when units would die on the exact without ever needing to look at their hp

in wc3 it was hard since units had 1000 hp and 10 dmg and ran in slowmotion

just turn off the permanent health bars and learn to get a feeling of the game instead of a need to look at the health bars

Ok very jedi thing to say
U can get the feeling of the game, but in some situations u cant posibly know witch units are already damaged before the fight
