iCCup CL - Week 8: iG defeats the Templars

With only one round left to play, the playoffs situation in iCCup Clan League is already clear, at least in the terms of the three first spots. The fourth, however, is open.

This season's winner will be decided out of pair DuskBin and mouz or ToT, most likely. DuskBin team is already two points ahead of mouz and will meet eX-v1o in the next round while mouz and ToT will have to battle it out between each other. This match will probably be pre-run before the real clash of these teams in the playoffs.

The eight week's struggles gave five points to DuskBin and five or six points to mouz, which in the matter of fact don't really surprise anyone. The biggest surprise of the week is of course ToT's loss to iG. Thanks to that victory the Infernal Gamers moved up to the fourth place.

fOsc team recorded another loss, this time against eX-v1o, which put them on the bottom of the scoreboard. FlipStar's words from our previous week news about tight 3:2 result turned out to be the truth, and thus fulfilled prophecy.

GosuGamers, keeping the trend, asked iG's and LRM's team managers question on what they think about their recent matches and hopes for the future in iCCup CL.

iG.ShAdOw:
- We have been coming from less to more in this season and so we never expected to do this well vs ToT), however the guys did a great job vs the Templars and took home a nice win. For the last week of the season we will face NrT- which is a very good team but sadly doing very bad currently, still they are not to be underestimated and for sure they will do their best to take us down in the last week.
from the start our main goal was to make enough points to stay in division 1 and so we aim to finish in the top 5 at the end of the season so we really hope to be able to do so and I am very sure guys like KogeT, Yayba, Tarson, Aero and the rest of the guys that have been doing very good can make it happen. Thanks Zeep and Kermit for the good job.

LRM)SpaNiarD:
- Our last round we faced DB. Our objective was to reach the maximum amount of points for staying in the 4th place for run away from the playoffs for demoting to division 2. In the end we didn't get it and we have to play those playoffs. We think we will make it to stay in div1 without not much problems.
For next season our objective is to get into top4, and if we are able to do it, even to get in the finals.
