MBC Head Coach Quits
Posted by Simon "Go0g3n" 2 years ago
Not exactly breaking news, we've kind of dropped the ball on this one with all the StarCraft 2 stuff flying around, but it's still worth mentioning.Kim Hyuk Seop, head coach of the MBCGame Hero has left the team a little over a week ago. The lack of connection with players and loss of motivation were named the reasons for such move, but there's little doubt, team's abysmal performance in Pro League this year is the driving factor behind all this.
Good news for MBC and the fans come with Ha Tae-Ki taking over as Head Coach for 09-10 season. If you're not familiar with Ha Tae-Ki's work, he discovered and developed Bisu, arguably the best Protoss player in the current crop of professionals, in addition Mr. Tae-Ki successfully coached MBC team in 07-08 season, as the team made it into Pro League play-offs.

w00tz:o GL to MBCHeroes then!
gl MBC
He was bringing them down, so GL next season :).
Don't know to much about him, as MBC has never been my team of choice. However, it would be cool to see some other teams climb up the ranks in Proleague, to stir things up a little. GL & HF with that, MBC

well it isn't the coaches fault. mbc didn't have any good players. sea -> slump light -> slump i can't recall any good ones if it is the coaches fault that he didn't draft well, then maybe it is, but it's also because the newer players can't beat the older pros for some reason
#8 Light is NOT in a slump. Never.
