Fnatic defeats Templars of Twilight despite two lag losses

Despite having to surrender two matches due to the lag monster, Fnatic skipper Sun Yi "F91" Feng was able to give his team the victory in the eSports International Clanleague.

Together with Ye Rong "Never" Long, F91 single-handedly defeated Templars of Twilight, as his team mates failed to deliver. Yang Chia "SEn" Cheng was defeated by Jos "ret" de Kroon, while Ding "JayStar" Wei and Liu Bo "lbh" Hao was forced to throw in the towel due to lag issues.

F91 and Never toppled Christoph "Mondragon" Semke and Zhe "XiaOzi" Teng 2-0 in the 2on2 match, which forced the ace match between F91 and ret to be played. F91 had before that defeated XiaOzI in singles game, and Never had disposed of Gan.

For this win, Fnatic earns a $350 in first prize, and the rights to call themselves eSports International Clanleague champions. Templars of Twilight comes in second and gets $100, and ESC-Gaming, who defeated eXpertise in the match for third place, ends up with $50.

#5 You're so stupid. Chinese players have plenty of LAN competitions so they too get used to no lag. It's not like they deliberately practice in lagging games to have an advantage in such conditions...

imo ToT failed in picking his 5 players. They had several strong players in reserve but none of them participate to this match. The worst fact is the missing of ParanOid... where is he? He is clearly a monster player (top 3 tot easily), even Fnatic.Never would have problems to beat him.

About the lag issues I hope it was really unplayable and there weren't others ways than giving w/o to ToT because It suxxs so much for a grand final...
