The first match was a decent ZvZ on Chupung both players opened up with a 9 pool and got Spires around the same time. But Xiaozi was able to out muta Deska overall and win the game.

Second match was yet another ZvZ on Destination With Deska being sneaky and hiding a 9 hatch on at the 3 O'Clock position and 9 pool as well against Xiaozi's 12 Hatch. Deska was able to mass up a large force of Lings but Xiaozi was able to hold against to all in attacks and Deska regretfully bowed out of the match after failing twice.

Third match was on Neo Medusa ZvZ again. Both players opened up with a 9 pool, Deska was able to out ling Xiaozi and break his wall of lings causeing Xiaozi to halt mining and eventually Tap out.

Fourth match was a TvZ (Xiaozi taking a surprising Terran) on Colo. started out pretty basic but soon enough Xiaozi's skill as a terran player shown through and after 13-14 lurker/hydra drops and Ultra/Ling drops Xiaozi tapped out.

Fifth and final match was played on Othello we saw Xiaozi take Z this time after his rather sloppy attempt as T. Both players opened up rather safely but in the end it was Xiaozi's Muta control that won him the game yet again.
