GosuGamers presenting new layout

GosuGamers is happy to reveal our new design changes where we have changed the default skins to a more modern and slick mix of colors and frames. Made by Kirk "Cotton" Panitz and Patrik "Raistlin" Hellstrand, we now present the default skins for each section; Paradigm Nominal, Paradigm Hunter and Paradigm Rage.We are open for feedback and should you find any rendering errors or anything else that may have been caused due to the skin switch, let us know in the comments below.
We hope you enjoy the new changes, and that you are with us when GosuGamers continues to improve and develop.
You can, whenever you want, change back to your old preferred skins under Settings.

| basically the best scheme by far is the 'only one' but it bugs when i ahve to click 2 times to a link when i first join ggnet so i changed to red smth |
| i like the old layout much more perhaps mainly it was in my favourite color blue ^^ but the new isnt so bad either |
#154 seems like many of the color themes has this bugs, i thought it was gg.net bug not themes only  im wondering why anyone from gg.net stuff responsible for the new theme is not answering on our posts anymore, its the same as with tech support  it would be ok has this skin as default, but it burns my eyes everytime i visit gg.net site in another computer |
| no its bad ,i the red version is better tho,i have that now,generally i hate bright colors cause it really annoys my eyes and in high resolution it gets painful,I think they should change it :S |
| #156 were watching very closely ;) I ran some numbers I thought you guys might be interested in since we made this change. I've been keeping an eye on how many users have each skin set since we changed the default. Despite many people in this thread commenting about Blue Beauty being best. The number of users running Blue Beauty actually went down. But only slightly by about 10. Only One also went down by 12. Kalimdor held steady. As for the new default skins. Paradigm Nominal and Paradigm Rage both went up by about 25, and Paradigm Hunter went up by about 15. I belive, mostly comprised of users who liked the new design and are just picking there favorite header. As for my personal skins.. Cottons Mess gained only 2 users TrueBlue went up by about 5 users Nominal Water gained 6-7 Nominal FiRe gained 36 So if you look at this thread you get the impression that the new skins are generally disliked, but if you look at the numbers you get the opposite impression (though Nominal FiRe is the big winner so far ;). |

| To #117. You have to log in to change settings. Had the same error as you. Changed back to blue, it's better for the eyes. You get a better overview of things with the blue one. |

| You should highlight the search box up in the right corner or make it more visible cause if I wasn't looking there I wouldn't know it was there. Didn't see it till just now and I have been on this sight frequently since you made the new skin. Maybe you can make it so it takes up more space, I think that could be good. Gj btw I like the new design, and I agree with nysikto also #27. Fix those two things and it'll be top notch hehe. |

| #187 that's true it's not a definitive answer. There are many people that just don't care enough to bother changing the design, or don't know its possible. It does show trends though, and what I was really pointing out was the trend does not show mass exodus back to blue beauty/only one, which was a good sign for the new default skins. Today, the story has changed. Blue Beauty has gained 80 users, however Only One continues its decline down another 8 users. The default skins went up by 1 or 2 each, and Nominal FiRe gained 7 (I'm thinking the Nominal FiRe theme is the one stealing from the Only One crowd). So how do I use this info? The day to day stats don't tell me much but after a week or two I'll tally them up to get a general trend for whose is using what. Then I combine that information with the positive and negative posts in this thread, to decide what the general feeling is about the new skins. From there I'm sure we will continue to improve and tweak the new skins based largely on your guy's feedback. In fact I already have a hidden skin with some tweaks and adjustments based on your guy's feedback such as difficulty reading the text, dislike of the light gray, miss-matching between the blue and gray. I don't have any deciding power on what gets pushed out and what doesn't. But I will continue to modify the theme based on your feedback and present the changes to the people that do. |

| gosh, everyone who also can't stand the new layout please change your account settings to Blue Beauty. if they refuse to put up a vote on this let's try and show them nicely that we don't like the new colour scheme! |
| When I try to login I haft to uncheck autologin and then when I click on login it sais my autologin failed, that box I always uncheck. Then when I press on news or w,e I'm logged in, very ennoying. |
