Carrier beta season closed

Carrier's beta season has now been active for just over a month, and first of all, can I just say a big thanks to everyone who has helped test the system and suggest improvements that we could make, and can I also apologise for the bugs that many users experienced whilst gaming?

We have just closed down Carrier to the public whilst we implement the final updates, although there are only a few users still playing these updates would be very disruptive and closing the carrier allows the crew to test it as much as they can without the worry of upsetting the ranks and other users.

There will be another news that follows soon regarding carrier and it's updates, however for now please rest assured, Carrier is simply closing it's hatches in order to be upgraded before we launch season 1.

Once again many thanks to everyone that helped and we hope that Season 1 will go alot smoother.

GG.net wil not give a private server, because it's illegal and blizzard can kill it every time, but this is legal, so it's safe.Understand?

Is carrier that bad that everyone wants a new server? It seemed quite good , only problem was lack of players altought i didn't have any experience with abuse, hack or other malicius stuff

that only relevant if blizzard will actually kill it, they didnt kill pgt so why would they kill a new one?

PGT was a non-money organisation, they wern't a company.

Also they were based in Canada where it's very hard to actully sue someone.

the only problem is the lack of players i think. it is hard to find someone to play. It is not fast as wgt or pgt as it was supposed to be.

i think its a good ladder but alot of players are so spoiled they want this and that blablabla be happy u have a decent ladder to play

#11 yes. and double yes. just checkout the posts- main problem is constant alt-tabbing. i mean sct ladder is much better, it might not have the cool site and stuff but it's got smooth reporting system. i think ggnet missed the whole point of the ladder, it's not here to impress some programmer with it's design, it's here to offer quick, smooth ladder gaming experience pgt once offered.

I cant believe people are still asking for a server! it drives me insane, i havent been playing it, because well, bugs suck!, but season 1 ill be there!!!!! good job gg! thanks for all your trouble, and just for little old me. (aka everyone on the site, but obviously i hold more importance than the rest of your vermin)

If this was my site, I would ban every moron who thinks you have to have a private server to host a ladder. YOU DONT GET IT, THE SERVER KILLED PGT.
