Yup, the first day of DreamHack is officially over. And I don't think I have ever been so tired in my entire life! I have been running around the event area all day, making interviews with NastyMarines cool audio recorder (love to you Nick, this thing is great!) and writing news about everything happening here. And still there is no doubt the two following days will be even worse. =) But I love it. This is what I want to do! I figured, that as I am going to bed (out of reach from anyone trying to hurt me in any way) I can tell you about the GosuCrew on spot! Raistlin: Coolest guy ever, officially my boss but hey, you can't help it! Biggest pose in the world when it comes to pictures, and there is probably no one in the StarCraft scene who does not like him. "Fönsterkarmsblicken!" & "Salladskillen" Mazor: The man, the myth, the legend. And he is all that, he is the best thing that even happened to Brood War, and really takes a big part of making this place what it is. Keep up the good work, we love you for it! hAxel: First time I really meet Axel, he's always been very quiet when I have been around earlier, but now I find he is such funny guy! Making the Headliner funnier by the minute for me and Raistlin to play with gives him at least my respect ;) Gosuhesten! Cyan: Silly templar! Not so dangerous in real life =) He talks really funny, being from Norway and is always there if you are wondering something. Too bad he sits so far away in the Game Crew Area, otherwise he wouldn't get of so easy for every smart comment he makes! :D Caramel dance ftw, gogo! silas-: They cute kid :) I'd go with "fjortis" but he's actually as old as I am, 19 years old, so it doesn't really cope. The dota master, or at least one of them, of this wonderful crew of ours. First time we met was at DreamHack last winter, and he really made that event, being nice and funny when you really needed the laugh, being so exhausted you couldn't even sit straight! Reveny: The older version of Mazor ;) Nah, they are both great, and Carl has really been nice! I have met him once before, in Uppsala, when I visited The Nexus around easter, but back then he was just interested in playing DotA with Volmasoft, Mazor and Raistlin, which didn't really fall into my area of expertise. And they do really look a lot alike, the Littke Twins! Lord Of Chaos/Lockie: LoC is one of the guys I have only seen before, hardly even said hi to but it has not been any problems at all. Always nice, always talking and always having some nice story about some silly questions him and his girl get out in the Game Crew desk. ;) Eresea: LoC's desk and life partner :) Great girl! Ivana is one out of two other girls in the crew and just as Len (Halfnorn) you really make this place! Or at least keep it rockin' after me joining ;) Candy is always welcome and I really do hope you guys didn't get sick from the hamburgers from down stairs. Poddy: Podster! The first new guy I met this LAN, as I met him even before arriving to Elmia and DreamHack. His plane from Ireland landed at Landvetter, outside Gothenburg (where I live) about 6 hours before we actually leaving for Jönköping. Funny guy, always talking about something and man, I really love your accent, never stop using it! Genie: The small guy fitting into a suitcase! :D Genie is a former fellow editor at Gamingeye, who I have known for a while, since I worked there. Cute kid, always making me laugh. Apparently he is Raistlins boyfriend, and I don't know if it was the dark, but I think t hey made out in the crew sleeping area this morning, wow. Sailow: Not coming! Really sucks, cus we could both use your help and your company here! He was suppose to come here yesterday, but missed the bus and today he woke up with a fever. Tuff luck, sorry you couldn't make it! Right, that's about it. And now I'm finally going to bed and get some rest before tomorrow's work. And finally, five hours of packing with our Irish Podster from the Dota team and two hours in a car full with computers, monitors and people, later, I am here! At DreamHack Summer 2007! I got a glimpse of the MeetYourMakers people outside the Scandic hotell before we arrived, a little late to the big meeting with the whole crew. But hey, better late than never, right? We started by picking a couple of friends outside Gothenburg and then we were off, finally, with my dad again having to drive me all the 150 kilometers to Jönköping and back. He has now, about eight times done it without any complaints. Shit, I really am spoiled :D I will keep you posted, but right now I really have to get some sleep before tomorrow.
