[Writer's Note: The title's full name is "The Myth about the iCCup Admins", the title function was a tad too short for it.] There seems to be an everlasting trend in the BW community; "If I don't get my will or it's not convenient for me, the other guy is stupid and if I don't get my will, I'll shout, scream, curse and bad manner until I get banned." Naturally, in many cases, people would actually get their will if only they'd stay constructive and mannered. This leads to the main point of this blog - immature and self centered people who think the admins are the enemies. It's a sad phenomenon, really, since there are so many admins doing such a great job and all they get for it is trash talk and one or another warm word. A prime example of this is, of course, Mai-K. Another prime example of a situation where admins got heat for doing the right thing, was after the TSL abusers were caught and sanctioned. Some teams were more damaged than others by the abusers and instead of giving the abusers the fault they obviously were responsible for, some people chose to flame admins like LastNight and Xeris for "conveniently banning key members of their hardest contestants". What they ignored was that the members in WGTCL were only banned for one single season. People also have serious trouble with anger management. Instead of saying: "Yesterday I was chat banned but I was not given a reason and I did not do or say anything bad mannered that I feel I should be punished for. I would like to know why I was chat banned and if it'd be possible to undo when no proof is given?" People would rather go about it this way: "Wtf you ban me for bm fucking admins? you dont even tell me wai!? wtf is this useless admins...plz tell me, plz..." By doing so, of course, they're insulting the iCCup Admins and make themselves guilty in breaking another rule, which overruns their current problem and makes them lose their rights. Naturally, they'll take this as another sign of "incompetence" and go about spreading hatred. Through this, a lot of rumors/myths spread about the iCCup admins and whenever people don't get their will, they look at it as confirmation of this lie. People also seem to lose all preservation if they don't get it at once, instead of using the Complaint about an Admin-forum properly. It's not that hard, really, just keep on making constructive and mannered complaints and if you don't get your will, you'll get to the bottom of the case, at least. I know I shouldn't expect too much from people, partially because quite a lot of people are about 14-17 years old and angry at their parents, siblings, teachers and everything else in this world. Partially because I simply don't have that much faith in people. Nevertheless, I implore you who might be among these haters to think twice about just how mannered you really are and how constructive you're presenting/you presented your case. Either that or start going to your closest Anger Management Group. | ||||||||||||||||

well im just asking cos i miss alot of my old friends ! .. my old msn is buggered and i cant log in, so i lost all my old bw buddies, and i think i had most my friends, if not all on there :( .. just kinda interested what everyone is doing with themselves and if their still gaming :)
is there such a thing as a cracked copy of sc2 i can download and play on bnet?
