Fairy Tales III - The Strike of the Randomness

Since it's time for a random stuff let the random machine run and choose a random subjects for us to discuss about... *ROLLS*.... *DOING*, *BOING*, *POKS* ...Ah, seems our Random Subject chooser Machine has stopped finally. Very interesting... Seems that our Random Subject Machine has choosed very nice subject for us to start first:

Oh, well I guess there is no fighting agains Random Machine Wrath as it's choises are always absolute... Well... What would be better random subject that talking about random things...

Yeah, that thing I was thinking... I think I've already got to another side a bit more, but I'll have to think about it a little bit more... Sorry, but I don't want to tell what it's all about...

Yah, earlier this week I ended up getting lost to that tracking site GG.net uses and found something less or more strange stuff there so I started to stalk those latest search engine queries which returned this site. (Yes! I'm n0lif0r3r stalker?... ) Anyways, it was a bit surprising how much google likes this site. It seemed that nearly any keyword used throgh google could end up giving this site. I could give a long list of strangest, stupidest or funniest entries, but I'm not going to do so since that would only end up everyone googling to my precious Fairy Tale. There is still something I had to mention here. It's about... Yeah, I didn't know those keywords may actually give GG.net as first search entry! I even tried it myself to see where I could end up. I'm not going to write it here, but I'll give a small hints. Let's talk about tea. I think I always make too much tea so one glass just isn't big enough. I've thought about getting bigger glass so more tea can be put to those... I always also have at least two of those glasses... I think size really matters cause of more tea can be put there at once, but even if they are big there are alweays another glass right next to it... Oh, anyways if you didn't get it ther original search quote that gave link to GG.net had nothing to do with tea, but something with big size and random things... as a last hint, GG.net shows it all! Anyways enough about that subject.

Oh, also last week I ended up seeing some picture of some random girl at one random site. (I'm not going to tell what site, but I can say that it had nothing to do with naughty stuff). That picture... It felt so familiar from somewhere... Yes! GG.net... In my eyes I think that girl looked pretty much similar to this guy over here IdrA. I think they looked pretty much similar. Don't know if it was about hairs, face, maybe both or then it's just my eyes, but they were bit lookie alike. Sorry I have no rights to post her picture so you have only try to imagine how IdrA would look as a girl. I don't really know which one is worse, to be a girl who looks as guys or to be guy who lookies like girl?

Time for some random things about life... There was this one thread that seemed to end living pretty long. Why I am not a christian Didn't really read any replies there after my post, but... I think I'm going to turn to believer! I think this just can't be accidence. Same week when I came home from shop. Near door some small bird ended up landing pretty near to me. That bird actually had only one leg... I've seen bird like that before... Maybe it's actually same bird? Scary? Nah, I don't really know, but I don't believe birds lives so long and they all lookies same anyways maybe.. I think that must be some kind of sign!? Is it that God those christians believe, her high iceness Shiva herself doing this or maybe we are just all wrong? Maybe the true God is the one those people in Africa believe. Didn't some tribe think there was some ughabughaoghabogha God who did some poo and so earth/mountains or something was born and after that oghabugha dared to pee over to make seas. Maybe that's correct God and we're all going to be doomed if our religion is wrong? I think God is just another name for everything and nothing, is everywhere and nowhere, "it" exist and does not exist. Anyways I think this "God" either hates me and wants to make me sad and become emo or then it was a warning? That same day I was doing those so called "pentricks" things with my kitchen knife like I use to do often.... Then I remember that bird with only one leg... It must be true... Either God wanted me to mistakely drop that hurting myself maybe losing one eye? Or then it was a warning and God didn't wanted that to happen? Anyways I ended up putting that kitchen knife to the table... Hey wait? I think God must be really unfair and preferring some people more! Those poor areas... In some of those areas they believe God more than anywhere... Still those "stunamis" strikes them to the death? Seems believing wasn't enough or then they were taken to that so called better place... nah.. stunamis had nothing to do with god.. most things happen on earth right now are caused by no other than humen themself... Truth must be we are all on our own... Maybe I have just bigger reason to set up my religion for Shiva! (btw. If you don't know what I'm talking about read my post somewher in that thread i linked. ...AND! The High Iceness of Shiva will punish you all if you bring your religion discuss to my blog. go to that thread mentioned if you want to talk about this subject any more... it's a taboo in here now.)

btw. I think that some of these blogs may need bit more moderation.

Time to change to another random subject... Oh music... I think music... Very many songs I hear nowadays... They're familiar somewhere or similar to some other songs... Truth is that most of the ideas are already used and it's hard to come with something completely new ideas. Music will still survive... there are always people who likes to listen music and their different genre. New bands doesn't seem so special anymore, but they still replace those older and keep that genre alive or then people will just listen older music forever... Maybe it will become more meaning for lyrics? Computer effects? New instruments? I've never really listened music because of lyrics, but because of music... Maybe this crazy word forces all the singers to use teaching word to brainwash us all in future? yeah, clearly I didn't put much effort to this subject... So let's just change it...

Oh, by the way. I did some cleaning today for the outlet somewhere in lavatory room... The smell... aah... Scary random things came out there...

Hmm... Oh it's actually bit similar to earlier one, but still wins... Threads... Very often when someone makes thread is see something similar to these answers: "Old. ban!", "use search noob" (i think they really should) and "it's posted earlier [this part very often doesn't include any links at all]". Problem is that there may bee too many of those threads. Someone asking something. Aswer use search.. But what to do when your search only ends up giving 20 other similar threads with exactly same asnwers, "use search"? Isn't this some kind of loophole? I think those people are nolif0rs and those answer doesn't make any difference to posts like "1st" or other one liners. People who post those should get punished at least as much or more as the poster of stupid questions. many threads have those rules similar to "do not bump old threads" some stuff may have changed until now? There may have new things to talk about some subjects, (not all ) but answer is only "old!"? WTF? It that you have talked about some subject earlier doesn't mean that they are all taboos now and noone is allowed to even mention about it anymore! After thread is more than half-year/year old I think there is fully right to make new thread for some subject with updated info rather than bumping odler threads. (yes threads like "plz hjelp how to micro mi zealotusz" doesn't ever change, use search man!).

I came to think what is "IN" now in every country? What you people really like to do nowadays? What subject is the most hottest to talk about? Threads? Where? Why not let other people around the world to give their thoughts...


Have seen starcraft longer time and those ums maps.. It just doesn't matter how long it takes at all, but they are all same maps than years ago... They just won't change any at all... Only names are bit different, but basically they're just the same maps always... (random strike!)

Was thinking about those fun modes in starcraft... You know something like Team Melee. I've never really played them much, neither are they very popular used. I know people talk about micro/macro speed blaablaablaa... So I ended up thinking if there is actually out any maps the kind of where this thing is basically vice versa to Team Melee? Like example in LT 1on1 game both player could play 2 races? I'd like to see how good player would do in maps like that... Maybe they try kill another base of other player or sacrificing another base going all in one race because they likely use same resources. But if other race is sacrificed, that would end up giving disadvantage later. This really shows who is the "fastest" as you talk about speed so mucho. Probably gives bigger advantage for those who plays random or are good with many races and can combine their troops. There probably should be more than one version for every map since only 1 race can be choosen. But if someone actually does/have done it shouldn't be too hard to copy-paste map and make different race combination versions for it?... Or maybe 4 player chooses races and when game starts some trigger turns other building to those real players... (it's so long time when I last time toyed with mäp editors, so I would myself probably just end up getting headache). Anyone? Any maps like this? I like this idea! (had also idea about some another kind of map, but I'm too lazy to write it... Hey, wait? How can I say that after writing all this? That was something random... It must be something about attitude.)

Hmm... Maybe enough of "Random Things" -subject. Time to make Random Subject chooser Machine to give out another random subject...

Fairy Tales II - Return of the StarCraft

Very long long time ago there used to be rummors about the Ancients who used to live in the unknown location very deep in the Dark Forest. It was said that middle of nowhere in the Dark Forest was really beautiful area with a small town colonized by Ancient people who were said to be called as the Blizzarders who didn't make contacts to outside word... Was also said that they used to make some very superior unique & supreme weapons of war, like the great ones called as Diabolder and WarCrasher III that were found nowhere else... But their absolutely greatest weapon of war were called as a StarCrasher... Unfortunately there is no more information of those weapons of war other than that they were extremaly powerful and feared... These Ancients were purposely separated and hidden their small town in Dark Forest so no enemies could get hands to their supreme technology... There were said to be StarSmiths and WarSmiths who had different unique magical abilities to use minerals found from the Dark Forest and then mix them to create those unique products... Some people also told rummors about that Ancients called other people as Foregneiners, but noone ever understood the real meaning of that word. Ones who tried to enter that forest were never ever seen again or came back from the Dark Forest after entering there. After seeing many people disappearing to that mysterious Forest one by one, outside world decided to make this forest as Forbidden and noone was allowed to enter there anymore...


Oh, sorry... I'm guessing you people were expecting little something else... Ah, I see... I was about to use little different subject this anyways time, but I decided to change it at the end to... Let's talk about this StarCraft II subject then...


Ok, Don't feel like writing anything to those threads so this is my way to write this time. Take a note that anything I may write here is based to that same what we all have seen so far with my of small views...

StarCraft II, yeah we're all seen, heard and made our own little speculations, questions with better and worse content also some people trolling some being bit more serious...

After seeing that Gameplay video about StarCraft II all I can say is that I'm very eagerly waiting that game to come out to the shops... It may take while, but all what can help us now is the greatest patience... Blizzard also mentioned that there is no specified time limit for the final product. This is also good and bad news.. Good news are that they don't need to panic too much and may possibly mean more quality or that it may be out earlier than we expect... Bad news is that all of us who are waiting for that game to come out may take longer than we want the more they decide to spend time to it... This subject connects with those who likes or doesn't like that game.

Some people have said that they won't play it or buy it... Some may say that real StarCraft fan will stay with earlier game.. I think it's completely vice versa.. Even that it may not look that way and judging from my gaming skills even more so as I mostly play just for fun, but I have really personally played StarCraft already from the time it actually came out... Yes I could call myself as old school if I'd like to... I'd say that those who doesn't like StarCraft II coming out.. May it be that it's just some kind of self-defence?.. Some player mentioned that he's not going to play SC2 and that he have spend so many years with StarCraft already...

May it be that bigger players are just afraid of losing their domination positions without caring whetever this new game will be better or not? They're even making some money with this.. But there we all forget something from the very beginning... What are computer games made for? They aren't originally more than movies you go watch to theaters. Yes their original purpose is to entertain us all to give us something fun and exiting to spend our times with and play them with our friends. Competition have always been part withn sports... Some tournaments are always fine, but personally I think some people get paid too much for playing some "unnamed" games anyways... Many of those people doesn't even play computer games for their original purpose anymore... They play it more likely as their job... Can they even really say anymore whetever it's good game or not? Well, if they're still playing it... I've even heard some good players saying that they have never finished single player campaigns... Now back to real StarCraft fans... If you are a StarCraft fan similar to me or you have played StarCraft once or couple times and liked it... Then it's already too late. This game already owns your soul... You are already cursed and there is no turning back anymore.. Something inside StarCraft players calls them.. No... better say it forces them to return back to this old Legendary game to play it once more... Even if StarCraft II will be completely unbalanced (as at start it's impossible to make these kind of games 100% balanced also there is no players who are 100% as good...) they cannot resist just playing at least the single player campaigns once to see more about the story of this game or just try it and sad to say, but I'm one of those...

I think games should be still most importantly fun to play... As you can see World of WarCraft may be a good example of this... There is not many tournaments (by other words "Biggest Nolif0r PvP Tournaments" as mostly the ones with bigger shields/swords wins = more time spend to find 'em and doesn't mean you need any special skills your own to do so...) with billions dollars/euros money prizes and still it's one of the most popular online games... Wait, no no... Even better.. People actually even need to "pay" to play it... And what they do? It's so good game that people are even paying to play it with some sad examples some even some dieing to play it...

I feel something similar to Final Fantasy VII with StarCraft out there... People liked that game so much that they became blind to anything else... Maybe they liked some system in it maybe story, but it's not point of this... There "were" and "came" out other games that weren't really any worse that FFVII with some even better.. But some people just were so blinded that if the new game wasn't same/didn't have same stuff (maybe some of their favorite abilities) it just simple wasn't good enough to even bother to try...Other words they didn't even give them any changes... This is also one thing that is surely giving hella lotsa pressures for Blizzard... StarCraft is one of the best games, it's hard to make better game... Maybe if you give it a change you may find it much better than original was...

What about the Carrier Ladder? Did it originally crash down "only" because GG.net carrier engineering team forgot to add enough fuel to it before sending to the skies or was there that same thing a small part of it too?... Anyways my purpose isn't give Carrier discussion any bigger part of this Fairy Tale as let's call this a small side story filler part that had nothing to do with original story...


Anyways you people should still remember that StarCraft II isn't game only for original StarCraft players. It won't be the game only for some people.. We are just a small part of the gaming scene overall even that it may look many times bigger than any other... I'm not trying to say that we're not big

Maybe example of Battle.net.. We all people (mostly) play in same server together so we are like one big community... When it comes to games like CS or some console games.. all people can't play together sometimes lag being big part of it... Other game scene communities are just smaller, but there may be many of them... All info doesn't maybe even go through whole community unlike our where we are all for one and one for all...

Anyways I already wrote so much random stuff that I have no idea anymore what bullsh*t I have written here... Maybe I should check out.. Nah, whatever...


Ok.. ok.. fine I got it, I got it... Maybe you want hear more about what I think about game itself..

Oh well some people were talking about units being more cartoonish looking or something and wanted them to be more "dark" as earlier game? I've always seen one of the main part of Blizzard games as they are funny maybe bit cartoonish, but still very cool and nice looking with lot'sa funny stuff with them. (Eastereggs you may call some of them..) And I were bit disappointed to Blizzard's Art Contest 2006 winner as it didn't show any of Blizzard's usual funny/cool looking style what I liked... I guess that was one anwer from me whetever you understood or not...

I wrote there originally couple chapters something releated to mircro/macro subjects about StarCraft II, but I decided not to keep them here...

This is it.. Shortly about units.. That Colossus? My first impression was that it was really lame looking unit that brought some kind of Star Wars robot fights in my mind, specially when I saw them in that Artwork/Gameplay Trailer... anyways that doesn't stop me from giving that game a change... Argh.. Nearly only thing I've liked in Star Wars -movies were Yoda fights and very beautiful computer made nature views... Dang all I can say Colossus lookies some extra big lame robotic unit with even more boring looking laser weapons... Luckily those Zealots saved the day earlier... Actually while writing that I already started to like 'em a bit more... That's the way to go...

Those blinking and jetpack things aren't really anything amazing unique or new, but more like a copy-paste abilities from elsewhere. I still agree that it will surely bring whole new dimension for the game instead of the same block choke strategies, but what will be importance for dropships/flying units then? Many island maps? I'll wait to see what they'll bring to us...

For now all we can do is wait and keep our finger crossed...

I'm waiting to see signs of a system requirements for that game.



Oh, was nearly to forget that we still need a happy endind here...

Fairy Tale

Yeah, couldn't hold it anymore after seeing that tl.net tracker thread which seemed to get closed already...

Actually I didn't find any new threads named something like that from teamliquid site at the moment when it was still open.. not even from the closed ones.. I agree what that old spammer-troll Dendra said in some thread here about using even a lil bit of their brains nowadays.. That new DotA section.. some1 actually already asked where to get older versions of dota maps.. Texas answered there google.. Something bad not even good enough to use as a scource when not talking straight about google, but pfffft... Oh, c'mon.. When actually first possible map site I googled out gave like 777 different versions of that map.. This guy really deserves to get no more than that kind of answer there... They used to say in schools that there is no such things as stupid questions... I'll sometimes have to disagree with that.. Is this what our next generation brings up? Our future lies in hands of these people? Maybe people are getting way too lazy nowadays with all these technology out there... This way our humankind is going to get doomed to the dead even before big nova from the sun appears to our horizon.. Well, maybe we should still at least try be nice for new guys in that DotA section for not to scare them away right away... I also think that DotA section somewhat splits WarCraft section half and may cause even less poster there at the moment as it's not already limit registered users...

Aaawwhh.. Grrrr... Oh, sorry. btw. I didn't mean that old well known player there... Umhgh.. Anyways.. Let's continue this fairy tale...

(Since I have made around 2-5 or something accounts to tl.net site and forgot passwords to all of those and make it even worse I forgot passwords for emails too I used when I made those.. I gave up.. and just post here... What a loser am I.. LoL.. Actually nearly forgot password to GG.net too long time back as well..)

Yeah, I haven't really used that teamliquid.net tracker, but they seriously have some kind of problem there... When I checked it last time it was like first page was only one with some people actually seeding... Have heard a lot about their banning standards, but.. Ahh.. Maybe they should make their tracker more private and make like some requests forum area where people could request seeders for files... And.. and then if more than week passes and there is still downloaders without full file.. Yes, every single person who had downloaded that file would get banned forever if they don't have at least 2.xx share ratio! And to make it so they won't stop seeding right after getting 2.xx ratio they should ban 10 last people who downloaded file anyways if there are still people waiting to get file. Sounds good? Am I Meany? After this people should be like nearly fighting each other about who is going to be the first one to be able to seed files to other people when requests to download come? Or then whole tracker will die after all getting banned...

People doesn't seems to know how those torrent systems work.. If everyone haves less than 1.xx ratio then torrent will die in time much faster... You people should be happy that the ones who seeded the file for you actually bothered to do so. Maybe you are the one to cry about seeders next time when I come to download some files and block all my upload?

Have really nothing bad to say about tl.net, but I still get strange feeling when everytime as GG.net is mentioned there people starts to talk about which one is better and guess what? This only becomes even better when people says something like GG.net su*ks & blaablaa, but still the best part is that I can see those same names online here at GG.net nearly daily.. Guess you aren't that bad site after all then?

About GG.net I think they are doing pretty good job, but still... I feel like something missing.. I feel like getting less good news coverages about ongoing tournaments than what they used to have... There is now this event section where they seems to post results, but it's not really that user friendly. All matches are like just put there in a row. Maybe they should try putting it at least little more organized like adding results by days/rounds and not just all after each other. Same seems to be for playoff matches.. I know they have that playoff grid hiding somewhere there... Also that playoff grid could maybe be made so people doesn't need to click next page so many times.. Maybe for really big tournaments it may screw up site layouts and stuff... But smaller playoffs would be nice to see both winners brackets and losers brackets in same page...

Oh, btw. Even thought that I don't download much replays from this site, good job Texas for being probably most active replay uploader.. Seems like from those names I've seen around Crew list the ones who've been there longest time seems take their job more seriously (don't know what happens behind the scenes... ).


Hmh.. something missing.. oh well since this is fairy tale we need a happy ending..
