No ! We already have a website, and I'm the Main coder.. We are going to re build the website in a future but all the work will be 80% mine and 20% of auxiliary coders.

There will be benefits to the people helping, but of course not money at the moment.

I think you missed this part:

Why Auxiliary?
We obviously don’t want you to do all the work, that’s why we have a main designer and coder working with us. They will be glad to work with you as a team, to impulse this project to the sky. It doesn’t mean that your ideas won’t count, your position in our organization will be the same to all.
