After the ngl match vs ToD I had 1 hour to relax and focus on the wc3l war. Ofc I had to eat something because clanwar vs a chinese team = will probably last for hours. They surprised us with the lineup and played with ace. We expected 2 orcs. I got to begin vs ace on DT, I never played the map vs human before. I tried some aow creeping in private game then I decided to play warden and mass hunts cause I was sure he was going to expand. I crept to lvl 2, backstabbed him when he FE´ed and managed to take down his expansion and finish the game. 2nd game was on MV. He scouted directly in the start and took down my aow with help from the mercs. At this point I got frustrated and I tried to make 2 aows mass hunts with panda and push him. It got way too delayed and he countered it with gryphons/tanks and I couldn't do much else than camp my base and be outplayed. Last map was TM(maybe AI would have been a better choice) the start was bad for me again, I scouted at wrong creepspots and I had a feeling it was not going that great. I pushed with warden, hunts, archers, dryards, glaives trying to finish the game. He did great defending the push with mercs and zeppelin. After backing off I went there again and this time I was able to take down the main base. He had alot of breakers and was building mortars/sorcs/priests so the game was not over. Then the "lame" part started. The game went over to be a macro/mind game from micro. After 58 mins I could finish him off with some chims and high hero levels. It's definately a replay that I recommend to watch. All reps from the Clanwar can be found here. Feeling after the game: EXHAUSTED! I went away from the pc and to take some fresh air and I thought "what if I had lost that game", I would have been so fucking mad. Thorzain won his solo and the score was 2-0!! It was time for me and knoff to start the 2on2, played a hu/orc team which we didn't know much about. First game on TM they got exp tome on their AM and could push us very good with level 2 water elementals. We lost the game pretty easy and I think I played very bad. 2nd map was GW and no problems at all, we just avoided the AM from getting any level at all and then pushed them on tier2, gg. 3rd and deciding map was TR which is really good for hu/orc. They can use militias so good on TR and so they did. We didn't have much to chance and had to call GG after really good timing with the attack from their side. Me and knoff really have to shape it up in the 2on2!! Now we really wanted to go for the 4-1 score. Thorzain had to play ace, and me future. I started playing vs future on AI, I knew he was going to harras me in start and try to kill some wisps, so I hided some of them and was ready to burn his blade when he came up. He didn't get much out of his harras and I had the advantage in the game. Then I waited for 50 pop and took the fight with 2 healscrolls, I fell asleep(more or less) in the fight and lost my tinker/bm and was close to losing my demon twice. I guess the tiredness was getting me cause I felt so weird, my micro sucked. He lost alot too. Both went up to 70 pop or so, after a huge fight I had demon and 40 pop dots left and he around 40 pop. Thanks to elfs ability to walk their main tree to a gold mine when their mine is empty I could win the game. He had to take a fight and he had too few units, I knew he was going to try to snipe down one of my heroes, but with no success from him he had to leave the game abit angry I guess. 2nd map was EI, I got to backstabb him early in the game and got the item from him(better ping I guess). I also got to kill his blade at the next creepcamp and 2-3 grunts. The game was more or less over at this point. He tried to backstabb me when I crept a big spot, it ended up with his BM being surrounded and killed, GG. Thorzain won vs ace after a crazy game on TM, which I also recommand that u have look at. Score was 4-1 to Raptor!! We felt like "finally a convincing win" and we hope to repeat it in the next clanwar !! Stay tuned, Raptor fighting!!

My day has been incredibly good today:) It started off with gym, some nice food when I arrived home and then I had to play ToD in NGL. This post will be about my match vs ToD and the upcoming post about the wc3l war. I vetoed SV/TR and he TM/AI just as expected. First map was TS, I know ToD is a fucking monster vs normal elf strats(dh,dr) so I had to play it abit different. I played warden on TS and I knew he was gonna expand so I did 2 aows and mass hunts. My plan was simple, get lvl 3 warden, let my warden work his AM down in HP and my units > his units and most important: dont let any guard towers up! It worked perfect and it was a very short game. 2nd map was EI, I thought he expected the same strat as on TS so I changed some things. I made only 1 aow and archers/mercs. I had a good early game killing 3 footies and I knew my push would hurt him alot. Therefor I played dots and naga as a 2nd hero. My push did hurt him alot, but I couldn't finish him. I set up an expansion and added 2 lores and mass dryards. He had too few towers in his main base so I decided to push the main bace over and over again. I got my warden to level 6 and he had to call GG after I killed his both heroes. I'm very happy to finally kill ToD in a tournament, I lost 3 or 4 times to him and it was such a relief to get the victory today :) The post about the wc3l war vs colorful will be up in some hours. Raptor vs nGize just ended and we lost with a 2-3 score. Startmap was SV and I personally expected check to start, to counter knoff. They started with vortix and we with knoff. The game was pretty one-sided and knoff could finish him without any big problems. They choosed lucifron on SV vs knoff(mistake from nGize to not start with him if he wanted to play SV vs knoff). Lucifron killed 2 grunts in early game and got knoffs lodge canceled once which gave him an advantage. Knoff tried to creep up his hero levels and went up pretty fast from 50 food while lucifron waited longer and saved more gold. After a big fight knoff had to call GG. At this point we had some discussions if me or thorzain should play, thorzain ended up playing on MV without any success. The game started off great for thorzain killing SH and some raiders + canceling lucifrons expansion. At this point it looked great in the game but it changed when MK got killed, a bat destroyed thorzains zeppelin over the trees and all his units got killed + MK again. Lucifron made mass bats vs gryphons and thorzain couldn't make any comeback from the bad midgame. It was now my turn to step in as the last Raptor player. I picked TR vs lucifron where I feel secure/stable vs orc atm. He tried some lame mass wyverns strat(on closeposs!!?), I pushed him to death quiet fast. The idea was to attack before he got his armor upgrade on his towers/burrows and it worked perfectly. Last and the deciding game was vs check on MV. I had in mind he would play potm and mass t1 with expansion so I scouted his fast expo really good and took it down exactly before it got up. I canceled his expo for a 2nd time and he changed his expo placement to his natural side. I had a good feeling in the game that this was going great and I just had to push him with 50 pop and finish it. I picked panda as a 2nd hero(which I regret) instead of BM or naga that would have been a better choice now afterwards. The push went so-so, not very good not very bad. I lost alot of units, so did he. The key thing was that I couldn't get his expansion down. I was forced to back after taking alot of damadge on my heroes and he got the time he needed to get up alot of units/scrolls. It was GG and I feel abit sad but hey, it could have gone worse! Tomorrow im playing my dear friend ToD in ngl, will be lots of fun if we find a decent host. And 2 hours later wc3l vs colorful!! Cheer for Raptor!! Ciao | ||||||||||||||||

Also heard that the new ENC season will start soon again. That means a lot of fun and many nice games. I hope Sweden can qualify for the finals because the ENC-finals is really really great.
