    Hello all, I am Jimmy Blocksom also known as DJTyrant. I am a huge fan of StarCraft and the eSports scene. I have been playing StarCraft since April of 1998. I randomly selected the game at a CompUSA when my Uncle took me out to buy me a game, I can’t believe I picked such an amazing game.

    I have been pretty heavily involved with the community ever since and even ran my own StarCraft fansite for a while called StarCraft Gateway which got picked up and was put under the wings of RTS Network. The site eventually died in about 2000.

    I moved on from StarCraft for a while and played some other games including other Blizzard titles like WarCraft III and Diablo II. I currently play World of WarCraft, WarCraft III and StarCraft mostly. I have been reinvigorated to start writing about StarCraft again since the announcement of StarCraft II and playing it at BlizzCon 2007.

    I have been involved with GosuGamers since late 2005 when they were StarCraft Gamers, I moved with the site when they became GosuGamers.net and helped launch the World of WarCraft section (now defunct). I became inactive for the earlier part of 2007 as my passion for StarCraft really waned. But now I am back and loving being on the crew here at GosuGamers! I love working with such an international and diverse crew and it was quite an honor to meet Mazor at BlizzCon.
