| "I am public person. I have fans, haters, people who just follow my rezults. That's why i feel responsible to make such statement. I got trouble in my match against Fenix in Ro8 Valor. I don't want to explain the details of complaint fully, because i don't want flame war starting. Lipton, the main runner of the tournament got letters from both sides with all their arguments, after what he made "final decision". Fenix didn't like it and refused to accept it and continue series. I talked to Daniel Lee, the organizator of this tournament. He also agreed with my arguments and made his "final decision" which was nearly the same with Liptons one. Sounds very nice and professional, yeah? After that i went to Moscow to LAN finals for 2 days. I came back and saw the PM with Liptons words that he changes his "final decision" without having no new arguments or reasons. You know, i understand when girls in the shop, can't select between 2 dresses and change their decisions many times. But i really can't understand when serious men, professionals, change their decisions, "final decisions" as they call them, for many times. That is why i decided to drop off from the tournament. I drop off not because i think this decision is unfair (even though i think so), i drop because 2 from 3 "big bosses" of the professional tournament changed their final decision without having any new reasons or information in 5 days after making previous one. I feel sorry for people who wanted me to win and for people who just wanted to see good games between me and Fenix. I can only hope you will read my arguments and accept them. | strelok dropped out like 4 days ago or more. There was a HUGE flamepost about the whole thing on Tl.net . basically what happened was, fenix won game 1, then in game 2 someone disconnected and the game was super close. Lipton the admin in charge gave them 2 options, either give the win to strelok and make it 1-1 or replay the WHOLE series over (how does that even make sense). Apparently strelok thought they were leaving it 1-1, and went to a LAN event. When he came back valor admins changed their mind and made it 1-0 for fenix and replay the 2nd game. (artosis changed the decision b/c it was absurd) and strelok got really mad that they had to replay the game. His excuse was he was angry they waited 3-4 days to tell him they changed their decision, and the game must be replayed (only natural in a disconnect game) Strelok got upset and decided to quit the tournament. |
| more or less.. i don't see where this admin decision is completely out of line. ive seen a lot of tournaments which dicqualified you, or gave you a loss when you disc, regardless of the state of game (unless you CLEARLY won) so its just a messed up admin thing |

| Honestly strelok should just replay the game. Decisions sometimes have to be changed and its better than making the wrong decision and going with it. In the future I recommend that valor be changed to a live casting tournament. Its really much better than this replay casting because 2 of the organizers don't know anything. Valor in my opinion has had so many problems and the games aren't that great to be honest thats why I don't watch it. The first of course was Daniel Lee's freak out at Idra and the second was this. Whats next? |
| i can understand strelok, if u have invested 30mins in a league game and your opponent drops it is very sucky. u just feel robbed for the time u have invested and u feel robbed for the chance to win u lost. i mean just watch how many people make complainments when icc server bugs, opponent disc or w/e. but i dont get why gg.net doesnt count that game as walkover? |

What is GosuBet?
The GosuBet is a non-money betting system.
Everyone starts with 50 StarCraft minerals, 50 WarCraft gold, 50 DotA tangos and 50 DotA 2 branches and are able to put their minerals into many different bets,
with odds for each player.
Depending on the odds, members may win different amounts of minerals. Each season has either a time limit or a mineral goal, and once the season is over, the winner is announced, and sometimes awarded a prize. You must have membership on the site to be given 50 minerals/gold/tangos/branches (depending on the section). Just click on a bet, select how much you'd like to bet, and on whom.
If you ever lose your minerals/gold/tangos/branches, just click 'Reset GosuBet' and you restart from 50.
Are you the most gosu better? Prove it!
