This bet is entered incorrectly. Nony/Cloud were
1:1 and then Chosen replaced him. This game should
be a not played/walkover for Cloud.
I won 1:0 then nony whined and quitted the
clanwar. Then chosen beaten me 2-0.
It should still be a WO then though, since you
never played the entirety of the Bo3. ToD has
forfeited games like this before and the gg.net
policy there was to give a WO for the whole
result.

That happened in the past for broodwar matches, and its always been that way. However Im not really into the w3 scene and I dont know how do they consider such cases.
From what I was told, NonY did the same to White-Ra too. But Ra after waiting 1,5 hour decided to play the last remaining game.

Where am I defending Nony? I'm just saying I
thought the way the bet was organised is wrong is
all. If this had been any other player I would
have said the same thing -> since the full bo3
between players was not played, It should not be
counted as a game, but a WO.
So nony can just quit all bo3s when he loses a
game and he doesn't even lose points. Nice point

chat I've seen on teamliquid.net as well as most
other websites the GG.net ranking isn't taken as
great indication anyway. Secondly, why on earth
would Nony care about losing points on this
ranking (which would be a minor consideration for
any player) as opposed to losing his place as a
member of Excello (which this behaviour will
surely eventually result in)?. Him losing or not
losing points won't change anything about his
behaviour, and IIRC the point of the gosubet
rankings was it was supposed to show accurate
results of every league they can cover. Hence, it
should be a WO in your favour since that's
effectively what it was.

You obviously don't know how ridicolous nony ego
is, and you don't know either that excello won't
kick him even if he's a bitch.
If Nony's ego is as large as you say, why on earth
would he care about a ranking on a website he's
stated many times over he hates? (come on cloud,
you know this is true -> we both post on tl.net
and we've both seen Nony post it.). All I was
saying is you may as well make the ranking as
accurate as possible.
so then nony vs cloud should be divided into 2
games,from whom cloud won one(+gains full points)
and gets wo for the second(no points)...that would
be a fair conclusion imo as cloud won the only
game

The whole idea is the whole Bo3 isn't played,
hence the whole Bo3 should be given as a wo. That
was my whole reason for bringing it up.

What is GosuBet?
The GosuBet is a non-money betting system.
Everyone starts with 50 StarCraft minerals and 50 WarCraft gold and are able to put their minerals into many different bets,
with odds for each player.
Depending on the odds, members may win different amounts of minerals. Each season has either a time limit or a mineral goal, and once the season is over, the winner is announced, and sometimes awarded a prize. You must have membership on the site to be given 50 minerals/gold/tangos (depending on the section). Just click on a bet, select how much you'd like to bet, and on whom.
If you ever lose your minerals/gold/tangos, just click 'Reset GosuBet' and you restart from 50.
