Welcome to the live blog where we will dissecting the World Cyber Games 2010 event in Los Angeles, United States.
We will have several men on spot to guide you through this eSports festival. The first group stage matches will kick off tonight at 23:00 CET, where the opening stage match will be a Counter-Strike match between Evil Geniuses and Face2Face.
But sit tight, as only an hour later we will see StarCraft action with KaL going up against Legend. The stream will give you more StarCraft as FlaSh against Infernal will kick in later. Add to that some WarCraft 3 action with TeD, Happy, Lyn and Fly100% and you got yourself a starting day to remember.

JouJou and Darkkazul here live from WCG Finals. We've attended the press meeting and have learned some very interesting stuff. For anyone who watches WCG Ultimate Gamer we've learned that at least one game for the Ultimate Gamer Finals is Halo Reach. JouJou asked about WCG Finals possibly being in Canada and the director of WCG pretty much said No. Now I get to make fun of him for the next four days

Opening Ceremony presented a dance group from LA, Flag Ceremony, and JAEDONG!!!!!!! presenting the WCG trophy from last year. Now we're off to go watch EG vs Face2Face.

Just finished watching EG vs Face2Face where EG made a dominating victory winning the first 8 rounds straight. USA's EG finished 19-11 over France's Face2Face. While we were finishing up we saw Flash in the crowd getting ready for his upcoming games. ZOMG FLASH!!!
PS: If you ever hear someone scream in the background FLASH !!! or JAEDONG!!! thats prob JouJou, he's a little obsessed.

Goojila(Kal) vs Legend just happened with an epic match with base trades and all the good stuff. Next up is iNfernal vs Flash and we're looking forward to it. Hopefully I'll get a bunch of pictures up to get this stuff up for you to see.

There are tons of matches, I just watched some Guitar Hero 5 and now am watching Warcraft 3, Happy vs TED an UD vs UD battle...
To add to the JouJou harassment of Jaedong and Flash, JouJou stopped Flash to ask him if we wanted to get something to eat but Flash just pointed towards the bathroom and motioned that he wanted to go. This is going to be a fun 4 days

We just got news from a special source that SC2 will be played here at WCG. Some international players will be playing but sadly it sounds like the Koreans will be unable to play due to some conflicts.

Stuff is starting to slow down here, but FIFA has just finished one game. Not going to lie it seems pretty boring as an Esport but to each his own... I watched some League of Legends play with the two creators of DotA going at it (excluding Icefrog of course). Another match of FIFA is coming up next!
Also it appears that JouJou will not be going orgasmic anymore today as Jaedong and Flash appear to have left the building. :(

So turns out we're not done for the night, we ended up going to a Press Party thrown by WCG. Free drinks, food, bowling, and cupcakes! yummy! Met some awesome people and had a great time. Now all ready for tomorrow's festivities.

We're here again just finished watching an amazing destruction of UAE by Korea in Counterstrike. Next up is iNferNal vs vulture which will always be fun. All day there is Tekken 6 on the main stage. We met up with some SC2 players (such as Machine) that came to watch but they will most likely be playing in some of the special showmatches, will get you more info about this.

So we just finished watching SK vs MYM for CS with SK displaying an incredible amount of skill winning very decisively. Our 2 new TL friends entered themselves into a Asphalt 5 contest to try to win Samsung Galaxy S. Now waiting for FIFA to get off the stage so we can get to some awesome upcoming Starcraft matches.

So today was a very hectic day with us running around all over the place also many of the press computers in the back were being used pretty much 24/7. Tomorrow we will definately post more about this. Turns out my TL buddy won a Samsung Galaxy S phone for competing in that Asphalt 5 mobile gaming competition. He ended up losing the finals to Jamal of WCG Ultimate gamer season 1 contestant but still was impressive. Looking really forward to tomorrow with some Flash vs Jaedong as well as other semi-finals from all the games.
Tonight is also the filming of WCG Ultimate Gamer season 2 finals. They are busy getting all setup for this event which will be broadcasted next week on the finals of Ultimate Gamer.
We've been doing some interviews and will hopefully have those up soon. We're are going to hanging out with the players tonight going out to a club and drinking/hanging out. We will be getting more info about the SC2 games and when we know, we tell all. We'll be back tomorrow with more coverage of this event .

Currently watching EG vs Denmark2 in Counterstrike. EG got dominated the first game but showed some signs of life. JouJou is currently trying to challenge Princess Aura from WCG Ultimate Gamer Season 2 at Super Smash Bros: Melee, which is her game which she has won lots of tournaments in. He's talking so much smack and I can't wait to watch him get beat. Looking forward to 13:30 because that is when Jaedong and Flash clash (see what I did there?)

WOW all I can say about those matches between Jaedong and Flash. If you saw that baloon Zergling that was my TL buddy who made those. Things have pretty much closed down after those matches and I think everyone is pretty worn out.

Holy freaking cow at those WC3 games between Remind and Grubby. Congrads to ReMinD for finally winning a WCG Warcraft 3 Gold. Coming up next is the 3rd/4th place SC games between Yayba and Jaedong.

As expected Jaedong beat Yayba in a 2-0 victory, neither game taking any time. After these matches, everyone flocks to the back to go try to get pictures and signatures from these players. It become a complete madhouse. Up next is the CS 1.6 Finals, Denmark2 vs Navi (Ukraine).

Well after that amazing win by Flash to clinch the Gold for Starcraft, that about wraps it up for us. We just have the closing ceremony and then the players party later. We've had a blast being here and hope next year's is just as amazing.
