Negreanu Gets Hacked, Loses $100k

Someone had hacked into his personal email account and, adding salt to the wound, they also hijacked his PokerStars account and took a little joy ride, spewing off around $100k in the process.
In Daniels words, from a forum post on 2+2:
"I was on an airplane home while this guy was joyriding my Stars account. He hacked my email and I got that back, still figuring out what happened. When I have all the details I'll share when it makes sense to."
The “KidPoker” imposter lost most of the money sitting at a handful of $100/$200 NL tables playing quite recklessly, including calling an all-in five-bet with A5o.
Some players and railbirds on the 2+2 forums speculated that Negreanu was perhaps just hungover and not playing optimally. To them, Negreanu had this to say: "Some of you NVGtards really thought that was me??? Man HSP has really done wonders for my image”
